I ordered 100 nuggets. It took them about 10 min to get the order out which was great. I get home in about 5 min, ready to dive... into 100 nuggets. I open the first few boxes to munch into nearly stale nuggets. I lay the stale ones aside and open theremaining boxes. Box after box, I sink more and more into depression. Jesus lord almighty, tell me why only 2 out of 10 boxeswere crispy. French fries were not crisp either, but no big deal about that because that?s how they are most of the timeanyways. However, if I ordered 100 nuggets, I would expect at least half to be cooked properly. I don?t know what went wrong.The crisp from the golden outer nugget shell is what gives me joy from the delectable bites. Completely unacceptable. I understand automating the save time, but when you have customers standing there waiting on a drink,... there needs to be a worker available to hand them a cup. Worst fast gods experience ever. Your employees hate the set up. Read more

Stopped by just before closing. Service was great even though we were last minute guests. Fries were fresh. Food was great. But... seriously, I had a migraine and needed to grab something quick and I am so grateful that the team was super polite and didn?tmake me feel like a bother for showing up right before close. Weirdest experience ever. I ordered some nuggets and when I went home and opened them, this is what I got. 3 squirts of sauce.... Wild. It was weird from the beginning, actually. I went to the drive thru and no one took my order (actually I had alreadyordered thru the app so I had paid before I got there) for about 5 minutes even though cars started piling up. So I went up tothe window and finally got my order. Weird behavior. I don?t expect any great customer from a mcdonalds, but this was justwild. I still don?t get why this happened. Read more
