First time visiting this location and I must say it was not a memorable one. I ordered a 10 piece nugget, vanilla ice cream... cone, and oreo blizzard. The cone was stale and the ice cream was grainy, couldn?t finish it. Not a memorable experience. Read more

I ordered 100 nuggets. It took them about 10 min to get the order out which was great. I get home in about 5 min, ready to dive... into 100 nuggets. I open the first few boxes to munch into nearly stale nuggets. I lay the stale ones aside and open theremaining boxes. Box after box, I sink more and more into depression. Jesus lord almighty, tell me why only 2 out of 10 boxeswere crispy. French fries were not crisp either, but no big deal about that because that?s how they are most of the timeanyways. However, if I ordered 100 nuggets, I would expect at least half to be cooked properly. I don?t know what went wrong.The crisp from the golden outer nugget shell is what gives me joy from the delectable bites. Ultimately, I stopped the challengebecause the sadness of the unsatisfactory nuggets overwhelmed me. Read more
Completely unacceptable. I understand automating the save time, but when you have customers standing there waiting on a drink,... there needs to be a worker available to hand them a cup. Worst fast gods experience ever. Your employees hate the set up. Read more
