I order online and showed up to get my pizza the found out I ordered from another location. They called the other store and... cancelled my order. Then, I realize I didn?t have my debit card to get a pizza at this location. The manager said, I don?t wantyou to be hungry. We are normally HUGE fans of Marco?s Pizza but both pizzas we ordered from this location last night were absolutely TERRIBLE.... The pizzas looked and tasted like they were made by someone who had never had pizza! So bizarre there was almost no sauce atall?so DRY!? and so few toppings?some slices had no pepperoni at all, and the crust was so thin it seemed like a mistake.However since both pizzas were equally awfully made it certainly wasn?t a one-off mistake. Picked up 2 large pizzas yesterday, I am really picky. These were the best pizzas we have had in a long while. Perfectly cooked,... piping hot, just right, ample toppings, nice and friendly lady. This isn?t a review for this particular location but I have to lodge a complaint. My husband is GF and this was one of the only... pizza places we could get him a pizza (plus this pizza in delicious! So bonus!) but y?all recently switched to a cauliflowercrust and I can?t for the life of me figure out WHY?! It?s awful! Not every GF person wants cauliflower substitutions! I usually purchase pizza here on Tuesdays. Their pizza is always great and fresh vegetables and well made. Never a bad day here.... They have the best grill chicken toppings. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS MARCO'S. The customer service at this place is deplorable. Yesterday I placed an order online... and received a notification that my order was ready. When I went to pick up my order, the little guy told me that it was goingto be 5 more minutes. After the 5 or so minutes passed, I go back in a second time just to be told it'll be 10 more minutes.After waiting for 40 minutes for 2 pizzas, and I went back up to the counter to see what the holdup was. Little man told me thatthe order was "overlooked" and that it would be 10 more minutes for my order. I didn't mind this as I am a very patient andunderstanding person - but the unprofessional behavior that followed was dangerous and unacceptable. In my experience, mostcustomer service places like this offer their customers an item or a discount for waiting for extended periods of time. When Iasked the arrogant little man behind the counter, he proceeded to laugh it off and explain to me that they didn't even have tobe open - as if he was doing ME a favor for being there. He offers to cancel my order which I do not want because I waited for40 minutes for 2 overcooked pizzas. He proceeds to try to snatch the pizzas from me and told me to give them back. I don'tcomply and walk out with the food that I paid for. This guy then proceeds to follow me to my car in a hilariously failed attemptat intimidation. This behavior is unacceptable and I will not be spending another dime at this establishment. Also when I askedfor his name, he responded that he does not have to tell me. Marco's needs to be aware that they have this type of trash workingfor them and representing their brand. Also as previously stated, the food was dry and overcooked. The cashier/chief/preparer/call service all one person Deepa handling all tasks was very courteous and kind. She prepared our... specialty pizza within minutes. While there were many takeout calls and other customers she still managed to give us the bestchicken florentine pizza ever. The pizza was tasty the tempreture was just right. Thank you so much.
