Let me start by saying, I love Asian cuisine and I've tried more than a few places, in the area. This one is a fav because the... food tastes fresh and isn't greasy. Must Haves Chicken & Broccoli Kung Pao Chicken Singapore Noodles Three Cup Chicken Anotherreviewer mentioned their dislike of the General Tso's Chicken. This is best when you dine-in there. Best chicken dumplings. The fried bread was alright.

My experience certainly was different from other reviews on here. The lady taking orders was very rude and told me I could not... stand in the area waiting for my order. I had to sit down. Lol I ordered the minced pork and string beans. Unlike the picture itwas a plate full of string beans. I asked where the pork was and she said it was there but neither I or the folks at the tablecould find any pork except for a few little things that looked like minced pork. Ordered the pork and rice, house lo-mein, noodles, spring roll, and 3 cup chicken. 3 cup chicken didn't taste like normal 3 cup... chicken. House lo-mein was just alright with the flavor. This place offers best taiwanese food!! I recommend fried chicken over rice, Singapore noodles and chicken sichuan style (if you... like spicy food) here. I ordered delivery through Uber Eats which said the restaurant name was Mama's Kitchen listed as just Chinese. The General... Tso's surprised me with how bad it was. Looks wise it was fine but everything else was pretty bad. The breading was soft andstretchy like tofu skin with very large pockets of nothing on the interior and small pieces of chicken. The sauce was probablythickened with starch, but to the point that it was the texture of loose jello. The only thing I tasted was a light sweet soysauce. I saw bit of garlic and onions but couldn't taste them. I was pretty shocked. But, seeing as how the name on Googlestates its a Taiwanese Restaurant and not American Chinese, this dish might not be the best representation of what they can do. The rice and pickled cucumbers were awesome, so I'm going to give them another try buying something from them in person so I cansee a real menu and not the Uber Eats Suggested.
