By far not the worst KFC but employees are very off putting. They frequently are out of the most basic things and fries are... ALWAYS rubbery and old. Today the speaker did not work I got the recorded voice that cut out half way through so I waited 6minutes and heard nothing so I pulled forward like people who are hard of hearing do. When I pulled up the guy took forever toopen the window. I explained I didn?t know if it was the speaker or me I could not hear anything so I pulled up. He told me henever heard me order anything. Then he and his coworker started talking about how people can?t just pull up.. she was rudesaying ?they? know better. So told them they were good and I would eat somewhere else today ?and everyday from here in out. Ihate begging people to take my money especially since the food have been disappointing anyway. This has got to be theeeee worst KfC I have ever been to in the history of KFC. I have been to this location a few times..it's... never the best but I figure I give chances. JOKES ON ME!!! This lady in the picture if she is the manager...she needs a newjob!! Her customer service is horrible..The drive thru is only open. ( But you won't know that unless you actually WALK insideto actually get turned back around to go to the 45 min wait drive thru). Usually establishments put up a sign at the door orblock it off so the public knows the indoor service is closed..Nope! Not this place. Overall, not great customer service atall..The are skimmpy on the food.They gave me 6 pieces of popcorn chicken for my macaronibowl...????.I usually don't writeGoogle reviews but this place had me waiting for damn near 45 minutes for just 2 #17's..I spent $15. I will be writing corporateand trying to get my money back that's how mad I am. They move slow and are never have everything on the menu. In here waiting on an order for someone else and they are not busy and running around like they don?t really have any sense of... direction. Only the drive thru is open, the dining room is closed. The young man working the drive thru seemed like he wanted to ba... anywhere but at work. I had to repeat my order 3 times and when I asked what is the KFC dipping sauce, he had no idea. We askedfor 3 of each of the other dipping sauces to go with our 8 piece chicken tenders. After spending $32.00 and arriving home fordinner, there were no sauces in the bag!! I was not happy to say the least! I will never go back to this location again and maynot go to any KFC again. At night you can hardly see the turn in. It appears the lights are off or really dull. In a great location but busy roads during... rush hour and dinner. Friendly customer service. Clean restaurant. Plenty of parking. Read more
My husband got some chicken from this place. Although I dont eat KFC this was the worse looking chicken I have ever seen in my... life. We tried calling them to ask for a refund but the line was busy. I assumed tons of people were calling to complain at thesame time or they had taken the phone off the hook.
