This location does not follow policies or procedures for K1. We went to K1 to have a fair well with some friends. Instead... someone jumped from the last race into ours and treated it like Mario cart. From the start he went out of line from the back andwedged his way to the front to get our first. Then he preceded to hit almost every driver aggressively. Causing Injury andsickness. The track manager ignored all of this for the entire 12 laps. Post race the individual asked if we had a problem so weconfronted him back stating we did. He then replied ?sorry your feelings got hurt but we can take this outside of you feel thatway? insinuating he wanted to fight us. Stating he was a past employee and acting like he was friends with the track manager.Bringing this to the store manager he talked with them both and said nothing was wrong. Asking for a refund he REFUSED to refundus for that race or the other we paid for but did not do. He stated that only the regional manager could. We asked to speak tothem as. We?re refused. We asked them to contact them, get their number so we could or have him do it later. All refused. Theargumentative ?customer? then stood on the track with the staff as others raced. Also in violation of their policy?s. So we gotpushed around, called liars and we?re not issued refunds. We have called corporate but seeing as calling east and west coast tomake reservations twice for the past 2 days. We have gone straight to the Better Business Bureau to deal with the negligence ofthis branch of K1. They take safety and their customers for granted. This place was better than expected!! Came for 8 year old birthday. The guys on the track were so nice- they were able to calm... my son and boosted his confidence for driving solo. Upon arrival, check in was quick. I bought the membership package. Greatoverall deal, will be returning to get memberships for my girls as well. Read more

I brought my kids here for my son?s birthday. We drove over an hour to get there cause we love far. The staff was super nice,... super friendly and so fun. I don?t get it why you can?t buy just one race on the place. If you go walking to the register they only sell 2races and more on... the place. If you want one race only you need to buy it online. Otherwise is very fun and safe for kids too Read more

If I could give less than one star I would. We drove 2 1/2. Hours to try this race car. We searched all the information on the... website before we arrived. We get to K1 Speed around 10pm exactly, there was just a few people around. But no staff around thecounter to help new customers. When we asked one of their staff passing by to help us. He tell us we need to sign the waiver. Weasked them if our son 11 years old had to do one alone or with one of us as parents. He say there was no more riding forminors. But to asked the manager to see if he allows him to ride. The employee scream the manager name right next to us his nameis Chris! The manager walks over with a attitude and says what ? Not how May I help you or any kind of customer services atall. We asked can our son ride? He responded with a attitude nop youth stop riding at 8pm. We respond, we drove 2 1/2 hours wedid our research in the website did stated any thing about youth stop riding at 8pm the only thing it say is they had to be over48?. We also call to asked and very the prices and we asked about our son they never says anything about 8pm. The manager Crisssay nop and nop and nop and turn around and left us in the counter. If that is the policy i understand but I would appreciatedif it would stated or someone would let us know by so we would wasted our trip.
