K factory is my favorite Korean BBQ place. There are many others in this area but this one takes the cake? I like this one... because the meat quality is superb, their side dishes are really good and their service is good. Although I know there are acouple managers here my favorite one is Hong (petite Korean lady) when she works she makes my wife?s and I visit very enjoyable,she knows about hospitality like no other. Unfortunately I?m not a fan of their male headserver and their other lady managershe?s rude and inattentive. The waitress we had was tentative but never came out with the some side dishes we had requested which came free of charge for... the option choice we had paid for. Always had to consistently ask for water which came out after asking multiple times. For theprice we paid for each person, we were expecting better service. After we finished eating, we asked for the check and the waitersaid there would be an 18% gratuity added on. I was okay with that and gave him my card to pay for. When he returned with thehard copies, he had asked me to sign and we were good to go. Thank God I checked the receipt before signing and leaving becausethey had up charge me double for gratuity thinking I was just going to sign and leave. Instead of 18%, they charged me doublefor 36% gratuity. After speaking with the guy who had initially charged my card, he went to go talk to two people (guessing themanagers or owners) and it took them long before they came back with the amount I was supposed to be charge. Not once did theyapologize for what they did or explained why it happened. Who knows how many customers they get with this scam but I willdefinitely not be coming back to this place ever again. As can be seen on the receipt, it also states the amount of gratuityincluded and on the next receipt the overcharge they tried to get us on. Read more
This place is starting to become a KBBQ staple for me in the area. The menu as of May 2022 has Beef Brisket in $29.99 AYCE and... they have cheaper weekday deals. Purely food based review: (Plan B) Beef Brisket - Solid serving sizes, great that it's notlimited to just the more expensive menu. Boneless short rib - Highly recommend, best offering on the menu. Galbi is an awesomecut of meat. Cube Steak - pretty good if you want more traditional steak cooked to your choice. Bulgogi and Pork Bellyofferings are comparable to other places. A lot of banchan as well. Service can sometimes be slow but there is a button andthey try to load the table with more meats at a time. Passed by this place many times and finally decided to give it a try. I like the atmosphere and decor. Quite different fron... other Korean BBQ places I've been to. The meat was flavorful and staff were attentive. They have 3 different tiers on the menuto choose from. It was quite a wait for us since the place wasn't as spacious. I would've loved a little more choices of sidedishes but overall, the experience was nice. Read more
Good meat, great servers. Went during lunch and it wasn?t busy on a Thursday morning/early afternoon. Servers help cook your... meat and will readily refill any side dishes. Read more
I love Korean BBQ and this place doesn't disappoint. They have 3 different tiers of dinner meats which goes up in price and... offers more variety the higher you go. They have soju and other drinks available. I thought all the meats we ordered wereflavorful. The look and decor is nice and has a very open feel about it. Our server was polite and fast with our orders. Ihighly recommend this place and will be back whenever I'm in town. Read more
