I?ve always had a good experience at this location. The service is always speedy, and my order is always correct.

I am done with this location. Almost every time I have visited they are out of bread or some other main ingredient. Once they... waited until handing me the prepared sandwich to mention they were out of the main protein, and they didn?t bother to offer asubstitute or discount. Today in the drive thru I was told it?d be 15 minutes for bread. I asked if they could check if mypickup order was made already, because I would have left if not. I was told ?yes, pull to the window.? We waited for quiteawhile at the window- clearly my order hadn?t already been prepared. The bread came out super burnt. :( Read more

if I could give ZERO stars I would - this location has disappointed me before with their drive thru service that is BEYOND... SLOW... but this experience today really aggravated me to the point of leaving them a review - this location essentially STOLEmy money. I placed an order for delivery online and it was confirmed but 20-25 minutes had passed so I decided to call, someoneanswered and then hung up on me mid-sentence. I called back and got the busy tone and that happened for another 20 minutes aftertrying to continuously call...I called a total of 23 times and they didn't answer once or deliver my food. Needless to say, I'llbe asking for a refund and reporting them to the BBB since they think it's okay to take people's money. Terrible attitude. Lazy employee. Uncooked bacon. Sloppily made. Sent in experience and received no response. Sent in online... order. As we walked in, we saw a girl that was texting on her phone, at a table. She ignores us. We finally ask if our order isready. She says that she hasn't had any orders. It's been 45 minutes. As we walk out she checks the bag and yells out our name.She rudely checks us out, without an apology. The bacon is uncooked and fatty. The sandwich is thrown together. We sent in acomplaint.
