Never order online at this location. A couple of months ago, I ordered online and after an hour, I finally had to give up and... leave without my food. I was only able to get a partial refund from corp. Because this place is so close to my office, Idecided to try again. 45 minutes later, I was about to leave again. I asked repeatedly how much longer it would be. If I orderin the store, it's reasonably fast service, but online gets pushed behind everyone. It should never take 45 minutes to get asandwich, especially when they advertise that it's quicker to skip the line. Now I'll have to skip lunch again. Never again willI use this location. Read more

I wish there was an option to give negative stars. This is by far the worst Jimmy John?s I?ve ever had the displeasure of... ordering from. We work across the street so out of pure convenience we order from there. Half the time we don?t receive orders.Half the time they say they don?t have a delivery driver. The phone listed doesn?t work and they won?t contact you until hoursafter you place an order. They close at 4 which is the dumbest thing I?ve ever heard of. The quality is also garbage theyliterally just slap the toppings on and throw in the paper. This place is absolute trash. Wish they would just put it out of itsmisery and just close it. Update to add. At 12:30 today we placed an order of over $70. Two hours later we tried calling,called another location to try to get ahold of them and were told ?a manager is looking into it?. We sent one of our girls to gocheck on the order. The door was locked with a sign that said ?new hours 12pm-4pm? it was 2:17pm and the girl inside satwatching her knock on the door and laughing at her. I visited this store on yesterday and ordered a regular turkey tom. The young individuals working there are so unprofessional... and move slowly. One of the young girls had on a crop top shirt and had on waist beads. Your entire belly should not be revealedwhen working in a fast food store. When I got home to eat my sandwich, the bread was hard as a rock and very dry. I was verydisappointed in this location. I threw the sandwich away. Next time I will stick to the location on Pike Street. Read more

Just left restaurant. Sandwich good, attitude of sandwich maker is awful. It?s like you are a burden to her for asking a simple... question, and in return you get a nasty, short response from her. Never again! Read more

We love Jimmy Johns Box Meals And Party Boxes for Catering! Now they also have a Director of Catering to work directly with... which makes it even easier. They have their own Jimmy John drivers as well! Read more

Literally just left, will NOT be returning. Ordered a sandwich online last week. My order was wrong when I got back to my office... (5 minutes) called immediately spoke with a lady who pulled up my order said they?ll have it remade the next time I come in.Come in today the BIG LADY WITH BRAIDS was sooo rude. Took a picture of my sandwich she says ?from that picture I can?t see theonions and lettuce? yes because they?re not there!!! She took her time to print out however many receipts to show me that Iordered it wrong when I didn?t. After 5-7 minutes of back and forth I left and said I don?t even want it if you?re this rude Idon?t even trust you to remake it. And she was there when I did my original order!!! But she said I couldn?t kindly buy anotherone. Never I?m so sorry if you?re a miserable person making sandwiches and you feel the need to make others feel that way. Shecaused a scene with a full store no regards!! I?ll continue to go my regular Jimmy Johns on sugarloaf parkway in lawrencevillewhere they have decorum, respect and home training.. Read more

BEWARE. Delivery is FREAKY SLOW. If you?re reading this, do yourself and them a favor and DO NOT order DELIVERY here. Especially... if you?re taking your lunch break.. It will not get to you for at least an hour. This has happened to me before, a few monthsago. I ordered again today hoping the delivery wouldn?t take as long as last time. BIG MISTAKE. I called after 40 minutes hadpassed, and the lady told me that she was waiting for the driver to get back to the store and get my sub. It?s been 30 minutessince I called her, and my food is still not here. They?re lucky I?m working from home today. I placed my order at 1:29 pm. Myfood finally got delivered at 2:46 pm. And guess what. Not only did they deliver over an hour later, they also made my subwrong. Careless mistake, I guess. I wish I had read the reviews on here before I ordered from them today. I, too, have orderedfrom this location over the last 5 years, and never had a problem with them until recently. Read more

I've ordered delivery from this location for 5 years and never had an issue until recently. Both orders this week were over 75... minutes and I actually had to go pick my order up today. Won't be making that mistake again. If you're looking for lunchdelivery, look elsewhere. Read more
