Did group order of ~$75, the one sandwich that was wrong was mine...the one who paid. Was in an all day meeting so I couldn't... request it to get fixed and re-delivered. UPDATE: They actually reached back out to me and offered to make it right. I workremote most of the time and wasn't close to that location; so I told him to just forget about it and no worries. I wasfrustrated at the time and will just update the review that we're all good. But he asked when I'd be in the office and offeredto schedule a sandwich to be sent that day. Just called and was hung up on. Then when I proceeded to call back the line was dead. It?s 8:20pm and and the store closes @... 9pm. I have a coupon code from the direct store on my account that I was told I could only use when my order was placed over thephone. To my surprise I was hung up on before I could receive help so now I can?t even order. Great, thanks a lot for wasting mytime and leaving us hungry. Tuna sandwich comes with lettuce, tomato, cucumber and provolone cheese. My tuna is amazing so I?m super critical about tuna... elsewhere. This tuna was very good! I ordered the Lil John. The roast beef came with lettuce and tomato. I added cucumber. Themeat was thinly sliced with a modest amount of in the sandwich. The sandwich was light and tasty. The bread ???? is good. Thesweet tea was brewed just right, strong enough to taste the tea without the metal taste when over brewed. It?s sweetness wasspot on! I thoroughly enjoyed the chips. So they have moldy bread? this was ordered by my company and I can easily say that we will never order again. Idk how bread that... is hard as a rock could be moldy but hay there is a first time for everything! And they forgot the chips too? Smh Read more
They consistently do not send napkins even though we request them every single time. I almost always get the .79 guac spread in... place of mayo. See picture for what today's .79 looks like. Not cool. We won't stop ordering because they are generally good. Wedo always ask ourselves why we have to specify napkins. EDIT: I did try to call but the number is busy. Read more
I was quite impressed with the service we received today. We had a fairly complicated order and they got everything correct. The... music was not turned up too loud and the employees seemed to enjoy working the lunch rush. My son wanted a few pickle slices onthe side of his #5 Unwich. Customer service is be protection.. I will tell you this... They made mistakes savvy I understand that.. we all made... mistakes.... Some learn from them and some don't.. I called there frustrated didn't go off of nothing like that.. I stress theissues . Man I tell you they kept professional.. no attitudes no smart mouth.. They always wanted to fix the issue..
