The staff was amazing. Andrea was my waitress and she took great care of me and made sure I wanted for nothing. Rae made sure I... never lost interest in being a part of the hooters experience. She was my absolute favorite. Nazirah was also super great. Shehad great energy and made sure I was good in even tho she was not my waitress. This is not the Hooters you're looking for.. at least not now. Maybe they are INCREDIBLY understaffed. I went on a Friday night,... and they weren't really that busy. However, you could tell they didn't have many people working that night. It took about 15minutes before someone came to ask us about our drinks. After they, it took about 15-20 minutes for our drinks to arrive.Luckily we already knew what we wanted to eat, so I just ordered everything at the same time. It took awhile before theappetizer arrived, and even longer for the food to arrive. The food was still pretty good as it normally is. The only downsideis how long everything took to arrive. My son's cheeseburger sliders were overcooked and burnt, and so he couldn't eatthem. Apparently the waitress wasn't aware that asking for a to-go box meant we were done. She brought the to-go box and thenjust walked off without saying anything else. It took another 15-20 minutes before she came back and asked me if I wanted thecheck. It took so long I was about to just walk out. I doubt anyone would've even noticed. Maybe this is the Hooters for you.You can walk out without paying and you'll be home before anyone notices. Placed a to go order and while the items on the receipt are correct, the items in the box are wrong. Was not offered water while... I waited and was told they were out of utensils. I will be disputing the charge. This is not Buffalo Hot Honey Sauce?. Update:This location also fraudulently added on a tip. Wonder if it was the manger I spoke with or the bartender. Rated a four because the women bathroom paper towel... dispenser didn?t work and had to use toilet tissue to dry my hand and only one working toilet while the other had tissue in itthat would not flush. I?d give it less than one star if that is possible. My wife and I ordered burgers. Her Cali burger with bacon came with just the... meat patty, some wilted lettuce, and an onion. Not to be outdone in the level of ?we aim to displease?, my smothered mushroomburger had nothing but a hockey puck on it. I understand times are tough with staff shortages and supply chain issues. A simplephone call to say they were out of stuff would have been great. No problem. But this level of ineptitude or lack of care goeswell beyond anything comprehensible. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I sincerely hope the management and staff finddifferent career paths because this is not in their wheelhouse. Read more
It took forever for our food to come and when it did my fries look like scraps. Everyone else?s fries look full and fluffy. ... Others came after us and got their food before us and the regulars ate two helpings before we received our appetizers. Thedrinks are weak! Two margaritas taste like juice. When we entered, we were told there would be a fifteen minute wait and theseated the party of 5 behind us before they would let us speak. There were empty tables everywhere. Then they say someone elsea party of one that was also behind us at an empty table that was never offered to us. This is the worst it has ever been. Ordered 10 mild wings, well done, flats only, they told me they don?t do just flats anymore? cool! So I still ordered them when... I received my order I went home without checking it?. BIG MISTAKE! Well, I was directed to go to the bar to order take-out. The young lady behind the bar waited almost 10 minutes to actually... acknowledge me. Then she told me she would be right with me...she was busy doing a whole lot of nothing still never coming overto say hello or ask if I would like a menu or something to drink. I found a menu on my own and she finally got the hint that Iwould like to place an order. When she finally came over she made an excuse about thinking she was busier than she really was. She took my to-go order which was simple. She placed the order and then asked if I wanted a glass of water. I was thinkingabout getting a drink but decided to go with the water instead...I've already spent too much money at an establishment thatdoesn't care about me as a patron. Regardless of whether my family and I come into eat or I pick up something to take home Ialways tip very well. I've been a waitress in the past and I know they rely on their tip money. However, I chose to only leave$5.39 I was going to only leave $3.39 because I was really upset. But, like I said I know that they rely on their tips. So, Iwould appreciate that in the future don't judge people that enter your establishment. We are guests and should be treatedaccordingly. Read more
