I come this frontera frontera years but today I got worst service. I ordered steak fajitas. They serve my fajitas in 5 minutes... with blood on my steak. I call manager he is very unprofessional. How come my order come they cook my steak in 5 minutes. Ifill sorry to owner the quality of food is getting worse. The manager is running one of the group is setting front of us. I'll never go to Taco Bell again. Ok, it's a chain, but it's a good chain. Really good Mexican-American style for a great... price. They even have Mexican coke, which if you haven't discovered yet, let me be the first to let you in on that little gem. They still use real sugar in production in Mexico instead of corn syrup, which is how it used to be here way back. Worth thepremium. I love going to Frontera for lunch and getting the lunch tacos. My husband and I have went to this location at sugarloaf ever since it opened and have always enjoyed our experience, our... favorite waitress is Leibis, she takes good care of us and so professional. When she's not available we ask for Esmeralda. Theymake us feel welcome. The new manager that we met Arturo, so helpful and courteous, seems to be a "people person ". Read more
I?ve eaten here for almost 20 years. It?s gone so far downhill. The Server came out to our table twice while video chatting with... someone. The terrible part is that was the nicest she was to us the whole time. At least when she was distracted she didn?thave ?F.U.? Attitude that made us feel like we were completely unwelcome. Food wasn?t hot. Probably not the kitchens fault, ourserver was probably just video chatting. This is the third time I?ve had this server on a Sunday afternoon.
