The best sub I've ever had. I didn't save the ingredients and the bread is soft and not salty.
Easy ordering. Usually speedy. I get the tuna, which is delicious. Then I add bacon (trust me? add bacon). I love the ?less... bread? option also because it makes greedy math easy: less bread + bacon = psychological trickery and less guilt. ??????? Whyonly 4 stars? Sub par sandwiches. Had way better in past from this location.. Seems these were slapped together, & not made evenly with meats... from end to end & very little meats. Left our chili out of bag, & peppers off one sandwich. Told sorry & call grub hub afteradmitting chili still on counter. We could have spent our $56 elsewhere and had a much better meal. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! The only reason they even have 1 star from me is because the subs were at least edible and the app... won't let me go lower... The 4 subs were placed sideways in a bag, so all of the juices went everywhere. The pic below shows howpoorly they were cut. All 4 subs we bought had ALL of the meat in the center, so we had to redistribute it as we were eating.The pickles were literally thrown on top of the subs without being wrapped in plastic, so the juices ran all over the sandwich.I didn't even want pickles, so idk why they even wasted their time to ruin all 4 of our sandwiches with them. The sandwicheswere not labeled, which I have never experienced with Firehouse subs before. Idk what is wrong with this location, but I willnever give my hard earned money to this locations owner again. These subs are a treat for us in these trying times and toreceive these the way we did was literally making a terrible day at work just that much worse when I can't get home to anacceptable dinner that I paid for :/... Service was less than stellar and friendly!! The associate appeared more interested in phone order taking than acknowledging... customers waiting to place an order in the store. Facility was well lit and clean, as was the restroom. My sandwich wasperfect, spoiled only by the lack of enthusiasm presenting it!! Perhaps arriving earlier in the day, I may have witnessed betterservice!! Read more
Pretty sure everyone has eaten at firehouse. Just had a meatball sammich and lord it was awesome! Friendly staff and clean... store. Will be back. Donated 3.00 for the 5gal bucket. Read more
I have never had anything less than great at any Firehouse I've ever been to over the years and this location is no exception. I... got my order to go and even though there were at least 5 people in front of me I only waited 5-8 minutes. The Hero is always mygo-to sub and it certainly didn't disappoint this time. The staff were also very friendly as well as fast. I will be back tothis location time and time again. Read more
Do not go to this location the customer service stinks. I came in the young asian lady stepped up to the register and just... looked at me no how can I help you or may I take your order nothing. No acknowledgement just looked at me. We had a staringcontest for a few seconds and then I just walked out. Someone needed to train her to greet the customers. I will not spend mymoney in a place that won't even acknowledge my existence. This location has a reputation for God awful service and rudeemployees. To all my fellow veterans and current military stay away from this location. From reading other reviews about thislocation the service and staff sucks. Read more
