Ordered lunch here yesterday, wife's family has eaten here for 10+ years. Ordered sesame beef and chicken chow mein. Sesame beef... was fine, a bit soggy, fried rice was plain but not bad. Chicken chow mein was absolutely horrible. Boiled bland chicken withwatery cabbage and a bag of crackers for the "noodles". Definitely not worth the price, will not eat here again. Read more

last time i came here was march 6, it wasn?t my first time but ever since march 6, i?ve never went back and never will. i had... gotten the chicken lo mein and a sweet tea. it all tasted normal but sweet tea was a bit off i don?t know if that?s what causedmy food poisoning the next day or not but yea, i got horrible food poising. woke up the next day throwing up everything i hadeaten from here. this would continue on for another day, so two days in total, i was very nauseous, didn?t feel like eatinganything, and i had a bad fever alongside chills. I was craving Chinese food and my girlfriend recommended this place, saying she love it when she was in high school, they make... the best beef chow mein. I have to admit from the outside it looked like just another Chinese restaurant, you know the oneswhere all dishes taste the same full of MSG. Boy I was wrong. The food was delicious, had multiple Asian flavors across alldishes. I had the fish special which was grouper with mixed vegetables. The grouper was fresh and cooked perfect and so werethe vegetables. Of course girlfriend had beef chow mein, I tried it and loved the smoky flavor along with the fresh onion andnoodles. The lunch special comes with your choice of soup and rice along with egg roll. The egg roll was really good, not justa filler, had great flavors. The seating space is open, many tables inside. There's a plethora of Chinese fast food restaurants im the Johns Creek/Duluth area. Most of them are average at best. This... place is no different. It's good in the sense that it is nearby serveral work places. Very convenient for the working crowd. Therestaurant itself is large enough to seat a decent amount and I have yet to see it at full capacity. Don't have to worry aboutbeating any lunch crowds here. The food is well, if you see one Chinese fast food place you pretty much know what to expect interms of options. Won't go too deep in details there. One word to describe most of the dishes would be "oily". I mean mostChinese fast food is but this place is on level of its own.
