Today I went to buy a bagel, when I went inside the store I start to order. I haven?t finished ordering and she said that it.... With a bad attitude. Then I forgot to order a bagel box I went back to the line to order the bagel box she already giving me abad attitude but I didn?t mind. When the bagel was ready she yell telling do you what your bagel with a bad attitude. That shecan put the cream cheese in the box. I came here last min to buy what I thought I wanted, a bagel. Changed my mind and was headed out the door, when a team member... gave me a sample of a danish & mentioned that if I were to change my mind, they?d be here waiting for me & my business. Allaround from greetings when I walked in, to a pleasant departure, the staff was friendly and professional. I will certain comeback for a nice breakfast, just based on that experience alone. Always love Einstein Bagels - first time at this location though. Took longer to get my drink than my food, and had finished my... bagel before my drink was even prepared. Went to use the restroom - and they could use some improvement / cleanliness. Food wasgood, and the drink was good. Read more
Not sure of what was going on with the staff today but it is my worst experience at this location. Asked for a bagel toasted... with butter. Apparently the bagel was still cold because the butter didn't melt. And the mocha latte I asked for was water withcream only. No mocha, no sugar, no foam...nothing. Read more

I placed an online order and got there at 11:15am and they were already closed. Store hours said 12pm but they had locked the... doors and were all inside. I had to call from outside to tell them I was here to pick up my order. Anyone who tried to come inwas denied and pretty much told to screw off. I get it?s Thanksgiving but hours say open until 12.
