Ordered some hot lattes and pull up to the window and heard a total that sounded too low so asked and worked rudely said "you... said hot coffee" no we didn't. We said latte. And getting the order wrong would've been fine it was the rude attitude he tookof trying to tell us we ordered the wrong thing. Why would we have verified once the total sounded too low?! Then to top itoff they didn't even make us lattes - they added hot milk to the coffee and passed it off as a lattes. If we weren't on a tighttime schedule would've gone in to complain again. I?ve been to this location a couple of times and i find it absolutely unacceptable how the manager just has one of their... employees manning the WHOLE store. i went in there today to order 2 medium coffees and had to wait almost 30 minutes because agirl with big puffy hair and glasses had to make food and man the front counter and the drive through all by herself and she wasclearly stressed but who can blame her. while there was this girl who i?m almost certain was the manager just kept ing walkingin and out the back without helping the poor girl. dunkin do better. someone needs to fire that manager and speak to her boss.ive come here on multiple instances and seen one employee in the whole store. no one person can run a whole store this isridiculous. So I always order the cold brew with sweet cold foam and after coming back to my work place I noticed that the foam was not like... it normally looked visibly. After mixing the foam it normally would all dissipate however with this particular location, itseemed like the foam was very chunky and it would not mix well with the coffee, the smell was also unpleasant. My matcha tasted like straight milk and all the powder was clumped up at the bottom. I ordered several food items and the... cashier told me after I ordered that the over was getting cleaned. I ordered a strawberry donut and paid at the window; thecashier after a couple minutes then comes and gives me a vanilla donut without even asking if that was okay. She said, ?we areout of strawberry so I gave you vanilla instead?. I just feel like if you are out of something either refund them or let thepaying customer decide. My coffee was absolutely terrible. There was only one friendly staff member in there but the rest of the crew yesterday morning... on 6/27/22 were extremely rude. This was the Brown Suger Iced Coffee which was disgusting. As you can see, it was awful bc Ididn't even drink but a few sips. Read more
I hate to write this because the staff here seems fun-loving/positive but they simply can?t make good coffee for the life of... them. I believe they think they are doing customers a favorite by tripling the syrup (and I get Dunkin is know for sweetness)but my god, no. You literally can not drink these lattes because they taste like 40% milk and 60% syrup. No coffee detectable atall. Truly curious if they even brew any throughout the day. I have came here about 10 times. Each time just hoping the lastone was an off day but this is consistent. I have made the extra drive to another Dunkin nearby that has the properratios. Today, I asked for HALF the pumps of sugar and got to the window and my drink was white again. So I just knew it wassyrup and it was. Please teach these kids how to make a coffee! Read more
