I have visited this location for years but something has changed! It was filthy. Not the greatest scene when you?re about to eat... ice cream or anything for that matter. Behind the counter was a mess. Toppings were dropped all over the place and they did notuse the metal scraper on the slate to get rid of previous folks ice cream. Located right next to Regal, a prime spot to grab dessert after dinner or a movie nearby. Upon entering, the place did seem a... little messy (behind the counter, random drips of ice cream, bathrooms were meh), but not as bad as other reviewers make it outto be. Purely based food review: Limited time Kirby The Mighty Pink Puff - Pretty good and tarty strawberry ice cream. Lovethe Collab they've done to make it Kirby themed Limited time Mario Superstar Sprinkle Blast - Basically cake batter ice creamwith real cake. Great experience! Even on a busy 4th of July, the two young employees working the counter were friendly and prompt with our... fairly large order. We have been going to this location for years and have typically been happy with the service and the food. However, the... experience tonight was horrible. There were 3 high school students there but only one was really working. One person in linein front of us left because they were out of waffle cones. Another couple left because the line wasn't moving and we leftbecause they ran out of milk to make milk shakes. You need adult supervision to be there at all times. If you run out of milk,empower your people to pop over to Publix to get more. Make sure you have ingredients available to make waffle cones. Theseare the basics of running an ice cream restaurant. We finally got our shakes at Steak and Shake. They cost less and they hadplenty of ingredients available. Read more

The store is absolutely filthy. But the young people working there are nice. Never saw a food establishment where the area by... the cashier is filthy, floors havent been mopped, glass on top of the freezer is sticky with ice cream rings all over it. Get ittogether. This has been our ice cream spot for over a decade. We visited last night, a Saturday around 9pm. It was crazy busy, the line... was wrapped around to the cash registrar and despite how busy they were the employees gave great customer service. They stayedcalm, cool and we're very efficient.
