Dirt, trash and grime everywhere. Looks like the restaurant hasn't been cleaned in months. Teenagers are running the place and... they openly could not care less about their job or the guests. Had to ask 4 different kids about my take-out order. Two saidthey'd "check" but then went two feet into the kitchen and hung out, never returning with an update. One kid just said "I'm offthe clock" and walked away. It became evident they hadn't even started the order and eventually one young man made it for me.Not a manager in sight and it shows. They are a total disappointment!!! Chipotle has always been my favorite since years for their quality and good customer service... but this place has proved it wrong!!! They serve very small portions..I even tried home delivery through grubhub. Half a spoonof chicken , half a spoon of everything you should be getting. Even the meat they serve is burnt. THRICE... i tried orderingfrom them but the same issue! They will never change it seems.. Seriously..??? You must also charge half the actual price.. Justhow you serve your customers!!! Absolutely the worst operating Chipotle I?ve ever been to. And I hate so much that it?s the only one in the area. So I?m just... going to come out and say it how it is. There?s no adult supervision! So what ends up happening is everyone is kind of doingtheir own thing. This is most obvious in how they manage pickup orders. Numerous times I have seen people waiting 20+ min fortheir order, even after the person placed it for immediate pickup 20+ min before. And this even occurs with nobody ordering upfront!!! The people up front refuse to make the order and blame the people in the back. It?s horrendous!!!! Separately, thetables stay dirty for long duration, and the utensils don?t get restocked. Awful! Ordered through grubhub and they delivered the most sad salad I've ever seen in my entire life. Couldn't have filled it... up with lettuce considering we didn't want additional toppings? Chicken was dry, hard, and cold. Never again. Read more

This chipotle is hit or miss. It?s 11:01a? they are supposed to open at 10:45a but they just opened the doors. There?s no... veggies. No pollo asado. Brown guac. & the chips are just hanging out above where people are seated. I understand being shortstaffed but when I see 7 employees just standing around it?s ridiculous. Read more

I picked up 2 Veggie Bowls, on reaching home discovered one is full of meat and we are vegetarian so had to throw it. Tried to... call restaurant multiple times but nobody picked up. Horrible experience. Update: I was able to reach Manager next day morningand he refunded my bill and apologized for the inconvenience. I am therefore upgrading my rating to 2 star in a hope they willaddress root cause of this mix up. Read more
