Currently sitting in the drive-thru. Cars in front of me, cars behind me and on the side of me received their orders before me.... I'm seeing orders bigger than mine coming out. I didn't order anything out of the ordinary. 3 items, yet I'm the only one askedto pull to the side. And wait another 5 minutes. No apologies or explanation. I had a fantastic customer experience here. I had place a catering order for a memorial service and completely messed up my... timing and arrived outside the timeframe where it was safe to give me the order. They apologized profusely (for MY error),remade the platters in under 10 minutes at no charge and brought them to my car. Read more

Stopped by the new store Yesterday. It was the nicest sore I've ever seen. Employees were all friendly. Even met the owner Jeff.... He took the time to introduce himself and talk with me for a few minutes. The food was hot and crispy. I ordered 2 chickensandwiches. The sweet tea was great too. I'll return again for photos. I hate giving Chick-fil-A a bad review, I truly love their food and have never had a bad experience until coming to this... location. :( There have been three instances where they forgot items in our order. This last time, we ordered two spicy chickensandwiches, two fries and a cool wrap. They only brought out the cool wrap. My husband had to go inside to let them know, andthey didn?t even get it right the second time. We were still missing a sandwich. What makes it worse is that one of the managersinitially gave us the order in the drive thru. After three times of this happening, we will not be returning to this location. Ihate that my view on Chick-fil-A has been tarnished. Ugh! Read more
