Been coming here every Friday for the market salad which I order on my mobile app and have always requested extra blue cheese... and received it without a problem. Today, I asked as usual and it was a big deal to get literally a tablespoon of extra cheesefor my salad. Jennifer, Landon and Lindsey, made me pay $1 for the first time ever for a ?SALAD ITEM ADDITION? of blue cheese.Which is way too much! What am I going to do with all this blue cheese?? I just needed a small amount because they never putenough on the salad. I am very disappointed here. I need to note that I go to other chick-fil-a?s and have never been charged adollar for a lil extra blue cheese!!! There needs to be an option to add extra cheese on the mobile app just as there is forextra dressing (and we are not charged for extra dressing). Visited from out of town and ordered via the app. The cones and signs for other lanes were a bit confusing. I was a bit... disappointed they didn't have curbside, but it didn't take long for the order to be ready after switching the order fromdrive-thru to carry-out. Will visit again if in this area again. Drive thru lines move well, but check your order carefully before leaving. I ordered a veggie wrap and even specified no... chicken, no meat. However when I was finally able to eat when I had a break at work, I found it loaded with grilled chicken. The print out on the bag said grilled chicken wrap. I called the store and recording directed me to leave a message. Iexplained the situation and that I now had no dinner thanks to their mistake. I?ve never been so disappointed with chick fil a. To begin with i felt rushed st the drive thru line just to place my order like... the employee was so ready to go. Was most definitely giving McDonald?s customer service not chick fil. My order was wrong, iasked for grilled nuggets and they gave me fried, i did t realize until i had already pulled onto the hwy. my sandwich was givento me in a wilted box,l and clearly wasn?t checked for any quality control, i attached photos to show. Not leaving this reviewfor a free meal just really wanted great service and a good meal? the box was so wilted that little pieces of the cardboard gotonto the actual sandwich if you can?t tell already. Chick Fil-A is a great place to go for a delicious chicken sandwich. However, the older store can get really crowded during... lunch, so it's best to go through the drive thru. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The only downside is that there isonly one entrance, from the side. Read more
