Spent almost $30 for impossible whoppers, a bbq chicken sandwich with no bbq, 2 orders of jalapeño cheddar bites, 2 medium... fries, and nuggets and everything was cold. Worst Burger King in the state. Every single time the wait is unbearable. Order is wrong 9/10 times. Staff is beyond rude,... especially the older white man who I believe is the manager. He needs to be fired immediately. Lazy, stupid, and incompetentworkers. Read more
Its just not worth it. Ive tried this locations several times. The food is always horrible and the drive thru is slow about 95%... of the time. It took 30 minutes with just 1 other car one time. I recently decided to try again for the new chicken sandwich andbecause the CEO stated they were going to do better. The chicken sandwich was basically the same as the old one but smaller andway over fried didnt get the zest sauce I asked for like 3 times. Never going here again. Read more

Staff is polite, but I ask for burgers without ketchup and onions, and get them anyway, even when making the request multiple... times. The ice cream machine has been broken for months, and the staff claims they made the franchise owner aware of this, butit's never been repaired. Read more
I see why this location didn't have much traffic. The service is terrible! The drive-thru speaker barely works. The worker who... took our order knew it ans still insisted we place an order there. We get our food and we get the opposite of what we asked. Ican only assume they didn't feel like being bothered at 9pm. Read more
I would give it zero stars if I could! I am quickly finding out with this area, and especially Burger King, that good customer... service is not at a premium here. As we walked in, the gentleman turned to us and said ?I am not taking any orders, we just gotstarted on a big order.? Multiple people were already waiting for their food, and the line for the drive-thru was around thebuilding. This is obviously a systemic problem, and either upper level management is unaware of the glaring issues, or allowingit to happen, either way they are derelict in their duties.
