Are usually have breakfast at Chick-fil-A and just day I decided to come to Burger King. I go through the drive-through where I... am informed that the credit card machine is broken but that the credit card machine inside works so I need to get off the carand come inside. I roll up to the window I asked the manager could She simply walk my card to the front register and take mypayment and she said no. So I drove off and went back to Chick-fil-A. Food was hot, customer service was good, could of had fresher vegetables on burgers.
Do NOT GO HERE. Spanish worker barely understands you. Told her at the speaker she rung my order up wrong and she said ok like... she understood but did not correct it and lied to my face and told me I didn?t when I told her it?s wrong. This isn?t a review of their food or quality. That?s alright. The timings on Google however are not updated. Various branches... close down at or by 11:00PM even though all branches show 12:00AM as the closing time. A good idea would be to not rely on thetimings listed online and to call and check if they branch is actually open. In some cases, a branch may close down as early at10:00PM. Read more
Good service. DT order taker was fast, accurate and friendly. In my fast food manager days I would have loved for him to work... with me. The window employee was also very efficient and pleasant. Food was Burger King high quality, the fries were very hotand fresh. Order was prepared perfectly. I went through the drive through on Friday Nov. 25 at 9:40am, and the person that took my order had very poor customer service... and was actually mean and rude to me. I have no idea why. She took an aggressive tone with me like she disdained me. I won?tbe back. Read more
