The young staff seems to have difficulty listening. I told the young cashier I needed a "small Dark Roast with cream and sugar"... and he said Iced coffee and I said no and repeated what I wanted back to him "small dark roast COFFEE cream and sugar". Acouple of minutes later what shows up at the counter? A small Iced coffee I never ordered. I repeated my order back to theyoung cashier again a bit more forceful and frustrated, stating I told him twice what I asked for, but he keeps getting icedcoffee stuck in his mind. Well where do I start... I recently visited this location MULTIPLE times and they are CONSTANTLY out of strawberry ice cream and... anything else that?s strawberry flavored. If they are not going to serve what is on the menu then it needs to be removed. I amhighly disappointed again and will no longer give this location my business. Read more
