For a burger on the run, this airport Smashburger did the trick. A $10 burger with all the trimmings was enough for two of us to... share. Sure, it didn?t stuff us, but it was enough to satisfyingly tide us over and didn?t break the bank. It was alsodelicious. We did self-serve takeaway so I can?t speak to the service. The food was delicious as expected, which is pretty remarkable given the circumstances. It's an airport restaurant, so expect... some waiting and some confusion. They forgot the bacon on my first order, but they fixed it with no hassle and it was delicious.Staff was courteous but prompt and kept people moving, which I like in an airport setting. Read more
Fast and efficient, good food. Tends to get a little overcrowded and the line to pick up your burger tuns into the dining room.... Still, you wont get much better food at the airport. Hot, relatively fast. Packed seating but relatively efficient use of space. Generous with the fries but not the burger. Smash... should be the style of cooking not the look of the end product. Was disappointed that an upsell burger did not include theregular toppings as well. I ate here during a delay in my travels to NC and the burger itself was delicious. I substituted the pickles on the classic... smash for jalepenos and they had no issue with it at all. Good burger. Read more
The staff was very friendly and as quick as they could be for the amount of people. However, I spent 8 bucks on a burger that... tasted like a Wendy's burger. If I had known the burger quality was so poor for the price, I would have spent a little more andgone somewhere else, or just not eaten. My wife had several toppings and said her burger was better than my experience. Read more
Great service. Fast and friendly. A perfect stop at the airport for delicious burgers and sweet potato fries!! They also offer... lettuce wrapped burgers or gluten free buns. The sweet potato fries are made gluten free in their own fryer as well. Read more
Hey Smashburger, I am a customer who has a severe dairy allergy. When I went up to the counter and asked about the possibility... of cross contamination, I was shocked the man behind the counter told me he didn?t know and just brushed my question aside. Hedidn?t seem to care about my question and just rudely hurried me along asking what fries I want. It was clear he was notinterested in answering my question. I am very displeased with this treatment. It?s hard enough dealing with food allergies, butI didn?t know this is how you guys worked. I would hope this is just one worker at this location.
