Probably the worst experience I?ve had with five guys, pun intended. The chashier was not friendly, didn?t let me order what I... want, and had no cares to give. To be fair if I was dealing with passengers all day I?d be the same way. I wanted a singlebacon cheeseburger he rang up a double, stuck his hand in the ice with the cup, etc?. I love me some Five Guys! I was happy to find that there was a Five guys next to my gate before I flew out of IAD. The burger... and fries were exactly as I would have expected. There was not a very big line but the food took much longer than expectedespecially for five guys. I would recommend this location and would be happy to fly out of a gate next to it again. Breakfast sandwich was surprisingly great! The portion of bacon on it was generous, but I could have used less cheese. They?ll... let you put any of the burger toppings on it ? Rarely do you find a restaurant in the airport that stands up to the quality you expect at an off-site location. Early morning... breakfast and the staff greeted me with face busting smiles and good cheer. Great start to the day. Who knew 5 Guys hadscrumptious breakfast sandwiches that pit all of their competition to shame. I used to think that Five Guys had the best fries, until today. I was at Dulles International Airport and wanted to eat fries... but when i received my order they are all to be way over cooked, some were almost black in color. I specifically decided to onlyorder fries and banana shake . The fries were either cooked much too long, or they had previously been cooked and then put backin the fryer to reheat when a new order came in.
