SO happy that this classic drive-in and diner restaurant IS open! It seems that they were closed due to COVID all this time,... but they have recently opened back up and wow, we were impressed! First of all, it?s adorable inside. The decor is fun andirreverent and eclectic. But unlike many similar diners, this place is CLEAN! Like, every surface shiny, almost as if it werebrand new. My 8 year old declared it the cleanest restaurant he?d ever been in and I wouldn?t dispute that. Our party of 4ordered traditional diner food: hamburger, hot dog, cheeseburger, curly fries, tater tots. One has the biscuits and gravy. Allwas delicious with generous servings. The owner mentioned he had just bought some ?peaches and cream? corn on the cob, so weall ordered that as well, and enjoyed slathering it with butter and salt in special glass corn on the cob dishes. Two of theparty ended the meal with delicious ice cream sundaes. Though we ordered mostly common diner food, the menu included localfavorites including fried pickles and fried okra. The food here is amazing! We found this little jewel while on a trip with friends on a Saturday night and promptly went back on... Sunday. The burgers and breakfast can't be beat and the sweet potato fries and desserts are sinfully good. Kim, the waitresswas so friendly and greeted us by name the next day. Read more
Esthetically this place was very cute and nice. The servers were nice but very slow. They let us bring our dog near the back. So... that was great. The ice cream was not very good. But the toppings were good. I think they have a gem there. Just need to step upthere game a bit. Read more

Stopped for lunch after hiking in Natural Tunnel State Park. Nice atmosphere. The fish sandwich and deep fried okra were good.
This was the typical "drive-in" experience in the area: Friendly service and good food. Lindsey is one of the best! Being just... off the US highway, it may be easy to miss, but I would still recommend the 2 minute detour. It also has some classic dinnerdecoration giving it some"looks" appeal. Read more
