The manager Joshua at the store handled everything amazingly. What happened: I tried to put an order through the app and got an... error message that the card number was incorrect. The charge did go through to my card. So I called the store the manager couldnot find my credit card transaction. So he advised to call customer service number on the app. So I did. Corporate Pizza Hutcustomer service sucks. The guy just basically told me I was screwed and that I would not be able to feed my family tonight. Iasked for a supervisor and was informed none were on the floor. I asked for his name and he put me on hold and hung up on me.Very unprofessional customer service reps. So I called the restaurant again to place my order. I told the manager what hadhappened when I called corporate customer service. The manager Joshua was very helpful letting me know it was a phantom chargeand would come off when the charge settled. He was shocked at the way the customer service rep handled this situation. Joshuamade the whole situation better. Corporate needs to learn how to handle customers. If it was not for the people in your storesyou probably would not have half of the customers you do. Read more
My food was brought out and placed in the heater while the counter person/manager attended to a prior customer. When finished... with her order he stood at the register and CLEANED OUT eye boogers for at least what seemed to be forever then asked if hecould help me. WTH! If it weren't for the fact that the food was already in a box, I wiped down the box with disinfectantcloths. Bald guy hopefully he's not prepping food.. Inspection time!!! Read more

Placed our order via phone for pick up. When we went in, no one acknowledged us for 10 minutes. Four different people in the... kitch looked us and one walked past us and didnt even say hi or be right with yoi. Finally we had to step in to get someone totalk to us. The pizza was hot and good. Pizza was delivered an hour and a half after ordering it. That would have been fine had the pizza not been delivered completely... cold and dried out. It's obvious the pizza was sitting for a long time after it had been cooked and before it was delivered. Itended up getting thrown away and it was a complete waste of money. I won't be ordering here again. Read more
Food was prepared fast, delivered moderately fast for what the time was said to be, which was around 35-45 minutes. I?d say it... was about 50 minutes but the pizza hut is far from my house so i won?t complain. The food was perfect and tasted amazing, i gotthe Pizza box or something like that, came with wings 2 pizzas and mozzarella sticks, all which were really good. Delivery guywas super nice and very genuine. 10/10 i would really recommend!! Read more
Out of all pizza chains, Pizza Hut is my favorite. I love the stuffed crust pizza.
