Well it's the employee's that make this location my go to Dunkin. I thought it was wonderful that after 4 months that they... finally fixed the hand dryer in the ladies room. To my surprise they even decorated for Halloween...Only for show people...Inspection time! Inspection was over and the decorations were taken down 5 days before Halloween... So very sorry that youthought your dollar ghosts made out of shower curtains would be stolen. The flower arrangement was beautiful! To bad it left thebuilding to go back acrossed the parking lot. Today was awful. Waited ten minutes just to order a large regular coffee all personal was too busy wasting their time servicing... one car at drive up window ..there were 5 people behind me waiting in line..SHAME ON YOU!!!! Read more
The order was incorrect. The manager still charged me and did not offer to correct the overcharge instead he gave me doughnuts... that I did not want . My order was 10 free munchkins not 3 orders of 10 munchkins. Since my card on file was already charged thestore owner said ?well that?s what they charged you, so I?m getting your doughnuts now.? The girl messed up on my mom's coffee twice, then instead of bagel with bacon egg and cheese I got an everything bagel with... cream cheese. The girl was very slow and almost like she had no knowledge on taking the order or how to make things. Dudleydunkin near the court house. Normally they are quick and make the correct orders. Last 3 times I?ve gone, they add cinnamon sprinkle topping to my drink, which I never ask for. Yea, l could scoop most of it off... myself, but some gets up in there and changes the taste. And yea, it?s not the end of the world, but I really don?t likecinnamon. I didn?t think I?d have to specify, but I guess I gotta change how I order to make sure something that doesn?t comewith my drink, doesn?t come with my drink. came through the drive thru with a friend, ordered my normal coffee (that i get 2x daily with no problems at a different... dunkin?!) as well as a bagel & a frozen coffee, and was refused my coffee order despite making it clear to the woman taking myorder that i wasn?t gonna budge two separate times. when i got to the window after convincing them to allow me to purchase mybeverage, they had to take my order AGAIN and somehow i still drove off missing an espresso shot & a frozen coffee. this dunksabsolutely blows and, after i go back tomorrow to get a refund, i will literally never set foot in this place again ? wouldhonestly rather drive the hour out to the dunks by my job than swing by this one 10 minutes away from my house simply because iknow they will make my order and make it correctly the first time. This DD is hit or miss! The coffee can be weak, just right or burnt. Time of day doesn't seem to be a factor as far as the... coffee consistency goes. I have been disappointed using the Drive-Thru so I park and go inside. The donuts are good. Thestaff is OK and service is fair-to-good. The store is handicap accessible as it on ground level but the two entry doors may bea challenge. There are other coffee shop alternatives in Dudley that can provide a better quality experience at a better price. DD corporate should get involved with this franchise to protect their brand.
