The lady who attended me was so rude and kept making snark comments. She rolled her eyes and told us to move over if we didn't... know what we were ordering, simply because I asked if they had wings ready and what kind they had. She sat back down and ignoredus until my boyfriend stepped in and asked her to check her attitude. I asked for a managers number or email and she simplywalked to the back and ignored us until we left. If zero stars was an option I would have left that for them. Previousexperience wasn't the greatest either, male employee literally threw the sauce at me when I told him I paid for 3 extra saucesand didn't have any when I picked up my order. So the outside of my pizza box had sauce all over it. Will not be coming back. Read more

Fast service and great food at a great price.
Stopped to get a hot and ready at 630 on a Tuesday. None available. No one else in the store waiting. Terrible customer service... from a gentleman with ear buds in. Tried again tonight after a bad experience last time figuring everyone needs a second chance.I don?t know if it is management or owners but something should change. I never write reviews however I felt so compelled to let everyone know you should not give this place your money or business.... Ordered a pizza at 7pm was still sitting waiting at 7:50pm, multiple people came in and ordered after me and received theirpizza before me. Absolute garbage experience. Placed an order online, pick up time was approximately 5:26 p.m., received a notification pizza was... in the oven at 5:10. At 5:30 I went to pick up the pizza and received THE WORST customer service experience I?ve ever had. Theguy running the counter was extremely rude and disrespectful. He went to check on my pizza and told me it would be awhile. Iasked about how long and was responded with ?idk? I asked if he could check. Not a big ask, and was told no. He then proceededto disregard me and take orders from people behind me, even though I was still standing there. I asked again and he said flatly?idk an hour you need to wait.? I asked for a refund and was told again I?d have to wait. I waited 15 minutes until he finallydecided to get a manager to refund me. While I was conversing with the manager about the poor customer service, the initialgentleman was screaming obscenities at me in front of everyone in the waiting room, which included children.
