I was extremely impressed with the service that whole crew working the supper hours of November 19th exhibited. It was really... busy but this crew was up to the challenge. They were upbeat, hustling, positive, and professional! I especially want to give ashout out to Gordon. I walked in the store with my elderly mother, who must somewhat frequent the location even though shedoesn?t get out of the home too much because it is hard for her to walk for too long without her legs hurting. As soon asGordon saw her in line, he gave her a big smile and welcomed her back. My mom was beaming after this with his recognition.While this seems very simple, it is little acts like this can make a person?s day. I know that when he greeted my mom that sheimmediately smiled and I believe that his simple act of recognizing her helped make her day. Hot subs are amazing. Best subs in town. I'm here too much and have to keep myself from going more. I don't know if they train... their staff to be the friendliest possible, or if they're highly selective and choose only the best energy teens and earlytwenty-somethings to work for them. I've been here a couple dozen times and 100% of the staff are nothing short of ebullientevery, single, time. Love this place. Read more
We always love the subs here and the staff is always friend and kind. Today they were super busy and after my 10 yr olds sub was... done he asked if it was warmed, even though it was a hassle, Caleb took apart his sub and warmed it for him. Easily the best sub sandwich I've ever eaten. The meat was sliced on-site and juicy, the vegetables were fresh and delicious,... the bread was fantastic, and the sauce/seasoning blend was out of this world. The staff were extremely friendly and gladlyaccomodated my dairy allergy; they took close precautions to ensure no cross contamination would occur. Service was amazing, employees were very kind and easygoing made you feel very welcome, I'm in love with these subs. I'd love... them even more if they could hold the hair, I've found various hairs in several of my subs and it makes me not want to eat it,I'd suggest the employees start wearing hair nets, even the boys, otherwise everything else was awesome. Sub was terrible! It was a number 9 Mike's way. Sub was so awful we couldn't finish it. My husband and I split a medium sub.... The picture shows what we are throwing away. I think we both took 2 bites. We've eaten at Jerseys Mike before, but I won't begoing back. Staff was on their phone except 2 workers. Total turn off!! Read more
The food here is normally really good, far better than Subways, however: This has happened too many times. I get hair in my... subs. This could easily be fixed with hair nets. Every sub I get has a hair. Please consider hair nets while working. Its notthat hard. Read more
