The food is good but not worth the money. You can see from the website and what the prices are on the truck that everything has... gone up in price. I understand their is a lot of reasons for that. But they give very small portions for that price. I orderedthe Sumo came with 3 shrimp, 2 pieces of chicken, and 2 pieces of steak. If you got more meat I think I would be able to justifythe $15 but as of right now I think it?s over priced. Read more
I love visiting your truck. My food has always been very very good. I visited today and ordered steak and shrimp. Almost every... piece of steak was mostly fat so therefore not edible. I know things are expensive right now but try not to get sloppy with yourfood quality. That's what keeps people coming back. $15 is not a fair price for steak that is 90% fat. So, they came to Dyersville to Fuse. I had 3 orders of dumplings and instead of giving us 3 separate orders, they combined all... 3 into one container. They then doused them in soy sauce, which made them almost inedible. And this wasnt any special sauce oranything, just straight up soy sauce, all over the dumplings, and since its a dumpling, it absorbed it, and made i SUPER salty. The inside of the dumplings was flavorless and lacked any imagination. My girlfriend had the shrimp and rice and she enjoyedthe rice but the shrimp was really spicy. The "special sauce" is weird as it is super sweet and has the consistency of somekinda iced frosting. It didnt seem to fit with anything. Only reason im giving a 2 star is because she liked the rice. I donot recommend this food truck and i cant understand why everybody in Dubuque raves about them. Better of with frozen food thento expect something good/fresh/or unique from this place. Read more
Got food here for the first time today. After hearing how great it is I was disappointed. I ordered the Sumo and the steak was... way over cooked and the chicken was dry. Everything else was good and I really liked the sauce. Maybe it was because it wasSaturday in pet smart lot and it?s not a constant flow of people so the food is sitting longer but they need to plan thatbetter. Chicken didnt taste like restaurant food or hibachi. It tasted like i made it at home. Its been since begining of covid since... i last had this service. It used to taste so good. Now the veggies are skimp, no onions anymore, too much zucchini, andchicken is gross, and even the rice sauce has changed. Not coming back. Read more

I am so over them. I ordered a Sumo with double veggies no rice and I get home and it's double rice no veggies. I was super... frustrated. Then the chicken was overcooked and very tough. The food also had very little flavor to it. I am done with them. Read more
Went from 7.50 for at least a chicken breast worth to 11-14$ for 6 pieces of chicken or steak. Won?t be back after no use of... gloves and fingered my food when I asked for more chicken. Read more
