I do not understand the low reviews here! We went to Dimensional Brewing in the afternoon on a Saturday and wanted to get a bite... to eat while we were there too. Staff at Flatted Fifth was super friendly and helpful when we were ordering. We ordered burntends, loaded nachos with brisket, loaded fries with brisket, and a brisket sandwich. The brisket was awesome and so tender andflavorful. For the shareables, I?d rank the loaded fries as best, then the nachos, then the burnt ends. The fries are beerbattered and perfectly cooked, seasoned, and loaded! If you?re between nachos and fries get the fries. Burnt ends were okay(I?ve had a lot of BBQ and am pretty picky about my burnt ends). Overall we had an excellent experience at Dimensional madecomplete with the yummy food from Flatted Fifth! I took a video but unfortunately no photos of the food but I can assure you itwas aesthetically pleasing too! Read more

If I could give this a ZERO I would. Wow this is probably top 5 worst places to eat at. The nachos were literally chips with... half melted cheese canned peppers and beans. No sauce or salsa and the brisket was cut to the size of the beans. Yikes.Definitely eat before or after the brewery because this is NOT it. Read more

Had the Burnt ends and brisket sandwich. I know nothing is cooked onsite. Both were extremely dry, tough and over cooked.... Probably brought over from Bellevue on Weds. Worst Bbq I have ever had. Boy have they nosedived! No precieved value $14.00 each Read more

Cold nachos, missing nacho necessities like onion, olives, and beans. Philly tasted like it was warmed in the microwave. Baked... beans were room temp. Super disappointed. Dimensional needs to kick these guys to the curb. Read more

The food was ok. A little over priced for what you get. We got a quesadilla and Italian sausage sandwich for around 25$ but were... still hungry afterwards. The beers to go are outrageously priced we paid 45$ for 3 beers to go. That is obnoxious. The onlyredeeming quality was the actual taste of the beer. They could probably afford to charge less if they didn't buy all of theirdecor at crate and barrel. You have a good product you don't need a flashy establishment to turn a profit. Read more

The panini sandwiches were not at all tasty, the bread tasted old. For a $11.00 grilled cheese sandwich and 1 small side it?s... way over priced for poor quality and small portion. My husband got a Italian sausage panini and again the bread was mustytasting and over priced small portion. Read more
