Just off the beaten path this is a GREAT BBQ joint!\n\nOur family is on vacation and picked this place for dinner on a whim and... we?re so glad we did! Brisket is AH-MAY-ZING! All beef hot dogs were 10 out of 10 and the pulled pork made us wish we couldnever leave! Our ?side? of fries could have fed our entire family, and their homemade honey butter with their corn bread made mewant to lick my knife.\n\nDon?t miss this place, eat outside at the picnic tables by the river if you can, or inside. I ate there on my stay in Dubois as it was recommended by our hotel. I assume they?re related because, I cannot see how anyone... in good conscience could recommend this place. I had the St. Louis ribs (6 bones) and they were, without exaggeration, theworst ribs I?ve ever eaten. And the BBQ sauce was disgusting. Now, I know every region has their own style of BBQ sauce, butif this represents Wyoming, I?ll stick with St. Louis or Carolina style. Also, they were out of their cornbread, so they weresubstituting a small order of fries. Now, if you?re going to serve fries, you can do a lot better than frozen ?fast food? stylefries.
