Reviews for Yoshi's Japanese Restaurant in Dublin, OH
Went out with my wife and didnt have time to really plan anything. Ended up driving towards Dublin and found this place that... didnt look like anything particularly special, but we like to try knew places. Saw it had 4.6 stars and decided to stop in. Ithonestly blew both of us away! This is what I imagine a 5 star restaurant tasting like. I honestly cant rave enough about it.Hands down the best chicken I've had (I know, wasnt really expecting to get chicken while here but we were glad we did!). If youlike Sushi or have never tried it and are looking for a quality place to start, this is a fantastic spot! They have severalselections apart from sushi to choose from with varying price range. I would say the average sushi roll is about 15. Entreesrange anywhere from about $17.50 to in the $100's. Never been to Japan, but it seemed very authentic. Read more
Went to Yoshi's yesterday for a coworkers dinner. I have to say it's one of the most authentic Japanese places I have been to... since my last visit to Japan. The food was very fresh and the service of the waitress was excellent. I highly recommend and willdefiantly will be back! Read more

This place has a very solid fan base, and based on my experience they deserve it. Their menu is extensive. The Rainbow roll... passed the fresh seafood and quality sushi test (10 out of 10); the Dublin roll was high quality, but a little bit less exciting(7 out of 10). Yoshi's has turned me into a dumpling guy. The Ebi Shumai (shrimp dumplings) are a heavenly bite. I'd come backfor those every time! The Negi Wonton are also excellent, soaking in some flavorful juices. The Yakitori set is a simple, butquite enjoyable appetizer. Yoshi's is a little pricier than the average local sushi/Japanese spot, but nothing crazy, andtotally worth it. I'll for sure keep visiting and exploring more of the menu (noodle/rice dishes). This is the best Japanesespot I've been to in Dublin -- a local gem! Read more
Excellent. Authentic. Fresh. The Okinomiyaki is fantastic. Their sushi is the best! They have a variety of great appetizers and... dishes. Update: being going weekly. Consistently excellent every time. Tried the shrimp salad - unbelievably good! Also triedsashimi - perfect! Such good quality! Read more
This is the best spot for authentic sushi and Japanese food in the city! I highly recommend coming in and checking the weekly... specials on the whiteboard. A great place to sit down with some drinks and share a variety of dishes with good company. I?vebeen a frequent regular for the past 3 years...in short, you can tell that the food quality here is on point. This is easily oneof my favorite spots in the city. Read more
Quality food here with a large variety. Sushi quality was great and noticed the fish was nicely cut and gave good fish flavor.... The kaarage was well fried and very meaty which was great. The mackerel was excellent and the skewers were very good. I?ddefinitely will be returning to try other options on the menu as there was just so much to try! Really glad I went and you cantell it was popular with how busy it was. I would definitely recommend it due to the variety and quality of its meat and fish. Also atmosphere and staff was great in such a tiny place. Read more
Dined-in here maybe a year ago and all was well. It was "recommended" at that time, in fact. Ordered Door Dash from these guys... tonight and it was nothing short of gross. It arrived relatively quickly so it wasn't the dashers fault or a "busy" problem. Wehad to throw the food away. The sushi was in a container like one gets from Kroger with a sell-by date of tomorrow. The sushisalmon flesh was pale and flavorless. Our shrimp hibachi too was inedible and very haphazardly made. The small teriyaki shrimpthat came with the meal had an unnatural consistency and seemed like it was made earlier in the day or perhaps it's evenyesterday. The egg rolls too were cold and appeared and tasted like they were made hours ago. I've had all you can eat latenight China buffets that were superior in quality to what we received here. Not sure what happened to this place but avoid atall costs; at least the Door Dash/delivery side of things. Nothing was made to order! Yuck! Read more
