Today is my Birthday and I love your Burgers, So I went to get Lunch at the store on 13 and Harper in St Clair Shores Michigan,... Every thing that I ordered was so BAD, I got a biggie bag chicken sandwich was hard as a rock bun was hard as a rock Burger wasraw fries were cold and my burger had pickles on it and I told them I was alergic do not put them on it also I ordered 1 singleburger they charged me for 2. I will never go back there again, This is not the first time they messed up on my food but I letthe first time slide but not this time. SO BAD. NEVER EVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN. Read more
This is ridiculous. While the whole world is dealing with global warming and trying to keep plastic out of our oceans and... landfills and Wendy's decides to go from paper cups for frosties to plastic cups. Not to mention that they changed the size ofmedium frosties to small. You have once again shown that you care nothing about our country or the world. I have been a patron of Wendy's restaurants for over 25 years, and this is the FIRST time I have ever bothered to write to... complain about something, in fact I have never bothered with existing my disappointment with other establishments and brandsbecause I just didn't care enough about the brand. But today I had THE WORST chili I have ever purchased from the Wendy's inGerman village on South High st. This ead definitely NOT the recipe I've had for 25 yrs, and on top of it, there wasabsolutely NO MEAT/ beef in it... NONE!! I WAS RIPPED OFF. I will even be very hesitant to give it another chance...
