They always Messed up my order through the drive-through. It comes up right on the screen but when I get to the window it?s all... wrong. So I guess I will have to go and start checking before I even leave the window to make sure it?s right. I?ve had thishappen on more than one occasion in more than one store. Read more

I gave her a $20 for a ?Biggie? bag with a No cheese, double stacker with LTM, an sweet and sour sauce for nuggets with milk and... a cup of ice and received NO change. I called the store and the manager said her drawer was fine. She must of pocketed the moneybecause I didn?t get it. That was one expensive burger! That was my whole monthly budget for eating out. #00005148 Upper Sandusky Ohio 6:27pm Wednesday. We were the only one dining inside. The drive up window had 1 car. The place was... a mess. Dirty tables, sauce on the floor (slipping hazard), covid mask on chair, 2 unfinished drinks on table. Condiment areawas gross ( see photos). No ice in coke machine. Ketchup dispenser empty. All this with 6 workers behind the counter with noregard to how loud they were. It was party time for them since there were no customers! ???? Service: friendly greeting, orderwas taken quickly, was told the food would be brought out to us. The manager shouted across the room... Did you order this food?(we were the only 2 people there) He said he wasn't sure. ???????????and that he was sorry. Food: for the most part was cold toroom temp. This is what America has become. No more franchises for me! Such a disappointment. Please research reviews on yourFrench fries. I have yet to have an order that is hot and crispy. Please go back to fresh cut. Keep it simple! I know we're all dealing with staffing issues but you really need to do something about keeping your online ordering choices up... to date. The drive thru line at my local Wendys (4114 Tamiami Trail N in Naples) is ALWAYS insanely long so this time I decidedI'd just order online, prepay, and go inside to pick up. Problem is the dining room is closed! I called the store and the manwho answered said the order doesn't even show in his system despite my confirmation email that the food was being prepared afterI clicked the "I'm Here" button. When all was said and done I had to wait in the drive thru line, reorder everything, and thenshow him my emailed confirmation of the order and the fact I paid. Only saving grace was WAYNE! That man has the patience of asaint and a great attitude. You'd be getting a 1 star if it wasn't for him. Give that man a raise and tell him he saved acustomer. I'd lose my mind working there - you'd be lucky to have me for a day. PS - by the time I got to the pickup window hetold me the order still had not populated in their system. The Wendy's app is a rip off. I had an update on my cell phone and my digital funds from my gift card disappeared! I have been... trying to reach out and haven't any replies. The customer service line and cooperate line stay busy 24 hours. They don'treply to messages or emails! They are scammer! Read more

I must say at the outset that I am a long-time fan of Wendy?s. I love their Wendy?s triple. That?s probably one of the main... reasons I have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and weigh more than I should! They?re great, just not great for you. On aFriday night, I did an online order for dinner for my mom and me to be picked up at our neighborhood Wendy?s. The site said thatI would receive a confirmation email that never came. It also said the restaurant?s dining room was open until 11 pm. Not true.It took me about 30 minutes to walk to the restaurant, the doors to the place were locked and it was only about 7:15 pm. So Iwaited for a break in the line of cars to pick up my order at the window. I will mention at this point that I had done this samething before with no problems whatsoever. After waiting for an additional 15-20 minutes I proceeded to get in line after the carthat was at the drive-through window. I had previously noticed that the cars were waiting about 10 or more minutes each to beserved at the drive-through window. When the car before me was pulling away I approached the drive-through window and said I wasthere to pick up an online order. The young lady at the window told me that my order wasn?t done yet and that I would have toget in line. She never bothered to even ask me for my name. Instead, she just gave the excuse that they were short on staff somy order wasn?t ready yet. What?s the use in ordering online if your food isn?t ready 45 minutes later? I went home in disgust!The following day I called their customer support number and spoke to a nice woman who said they would issue a refund for theorder amount of $26.27. She gave me a case number and assured me we would get a refund. Not so fast! A month later, afterrepeated calls to customer support and what I thought was their district office, no refund. I order Wendy?s at least 4 times a week. I went there last night on S. High and it was about 12:30 am to order my food they... wouldn?t take my order I went to the window I could see the worker and I blew my horn , knocked on the window he wouldn?t cometo the window or even look up. There were 9 cars behind me they also left after being ignored. The other night I went there sametime and the girl on the headset said what do you want!!!! Now that I own my business I will make sure that people I run intoknow to never patron this location. I will also put this experience on my social media along with calling the bbb. I was amanager for a famous fast food chain for 10 years and you don?t treat your customers like this. I even called and the phone wasbusy?. Probably off the hook. I will never buy Wendy?s again there and with that type of service I would advise that noone elsedo either. Why should we as consumers go to a restaurant where we are disrespected and shown that they don?t want our money.This location is in Columbus Ohio on S. High St. What a shameful way to do business.
