One of the few Tim Hortons in Columbus that is actually open on the inside! And not only was I delighted to find out that the... dining room was open, but I was also given a free coffee from the app for my birthday! And as if these things weren?t birthdaypresent enough, they had actual paper towels in the bathroom, so I didn?t have to endure everyone else?s germs getting blown allover me from an air dryer! If the drive through is busy do not go in to dining room. They should close it at busy times. To busy to take your order.

The frozen ice cap machine is either dirty or they're using spoiled milk. Possibly just leaving cleaners down in the machine.

I?m not sure what has happened to this restaurant in the past year. I work very close to the Sawmill location and routinely... find the lobby closed with no real schedule or indication that it will be closed. This forces you to go through the drivethrough where there is a hand written sign saying ?cash exact change only or credit card?. How is that anyway to run a business?Then on top of that they never give you a receipt which is the only way you can take the customer service survey. VERYdisappointing for a restaurant who is a corp chain and should be run with some types of standards. Read more

When you call about your Doordash order being completely wrong they'll try and tell you that the doordasher must have tapped the... receipt to the wrong bag with a Tim Hortons sticker he just had laying around in his car. Assistant Manager tries to make yousound stupid cause "I'm the one who put those together so they were right and he was wrong". Read more

Very nice people working here. The place is always pretty clean, the menu is diverse and the food is great. The pricing is... really good and the place wasn?t very busy but my food was given to me very fast and overall a great experience! Also the areais a great location for a breakfast place! The bathrooms were also clean and the drive thru is long so I would suggest goinginside. Read more
