The white guy messed up my order today (Sunday). He seems to hate his job and can't wait to leave. I felt bad for the Indian... girl who works with him. I asked for tomato, onion, lettuce on my sandwich. He puts tomato, Mayo, and lettuce. I informed him Ididn't ask for Mayo, he said well "it comes with it", seriously? I asked him if he gave Onions, he said yes, the he decided toopen and check and low and behold, there was no onions. Read more

The worst customer service of any fast food chain. I went there around 11am and it looked like there was construction going on.... The guy who helped me was soo rude and not welcoming. The moment i enter the store he jumped and asked what bread do you want,then he processed to do my order very quickly, i couldnt even finish to tell him what i wanted, he got the cheese out and putthem on the counter while i can see the counter was not clean. I asked him to get me another cheese and he said you get what youget,and started complaining about how the place shouldnt be open while under construction and how no one showed to work.hestarted changing the veggy while my sandwhich was on the counter making all the juice from pickles drip on my food, again icomplain and he told me this is fast food restraunt not a fancy establishment and if i have any complain i should call hismanager michael.the only reason i got the food was because my son was crying hungry in the car. I have never experience rudenessof this capacity, if the store is not upto business, they better close it down until its ready for customer. I've been here two times. The first time I was slightly uncomfortable but the second visit sealed it for me; I will never visit... this location again nor will I refer anyone to this business. The first time, I got there 10 minutes before they closed. I donot usually go in businesses near closing time but I was in the area and saw they were open. The food and service were both ofpoor quality and the lady said they didn't have the bread or toppings I wanted. I knew they did, it was late and she didn't wantto open new bags of anything, ok fine, I was slightly annoyed at that and the fact that she wasn't friendly but I chalked it upto hey it's closing time, maybe she had a hard day, I get it. The second time I went 40 minutes before they closed and as soonas I walked in the male employee looked at the clock and rolled his eyes. He was helping the guy in front of me and he looked atme and back at the clock and told me he had 6 sandwiches to make before mine and that he wasn't sure if he had time to make minebut if I wanted to wait I could but he didn't recommend it. Well, I was already there so I told him I could wait and that I justwanted two subs. Then all of a sudden he stops making the sub he was working on and takes his phone out and starts texting for 4straight minutes, he said nothing, just was sighing loudly and rolling his eyes. Then after the 4 minutes he puts his phone inhis pocket and said "you know what, forget it, what would you like?" in an annoyed tone. I told him my bread choice and hegrabbed the bread with the same gloves he was making the previous sub with and the same gloves he was texting with. Between thatand his rude demeanor I told him that I would just leave and that I wasn't comfortable with him not changing his gloves and as Iwas leaving I heard hm mumbling in a rude tone, I don't know what he was saying, I just left. I went here recntly and the restraunt was clearly open but the man inside was turning away all the customers. Im not sure what... the problem was but he kept repeating "its a no go i can't help you". I was confused at first so I waited outside for a bit andwatched him turn away people from 3 other cars. Everyone looked just as confused as me. Read more

The "Crew" at this location is quick and sure - I've been going here for nearly 4 years for "pre-dinner (LOL). Sandwiches are... the same every time without surprises ! Kudos ! Read more

I was there on Sunday 5:45 stood in line for what I am guessing 5 minutes watching three guy quickly cleaning the area. After... another minute I left without my order and went to the Henderson Rd. location. I have never had an issue there however it is alittle further to drive. Today I ordered online to pick up on my lunch break. It said it would be ready at 11:55 I got thereat 12:15 and they were in the middle of making my food. One guy seemed to be trying to catch up while the other well I can'treally pinpoint what he was doing. Again I only have so much time for lunch and this is the closest one. Read more

The bread on my footlong was sticking to the paper. The 6in was not hot nor was the cheese melted. The guy who served us didn?t... change his gloves in between costumers. The place where they make the subs was dirty. I was scared to even eat the food. I wouldnot recommend going to this subway. Read more

Messed up on the order. Excuse was we were busy. We pre-ordered our food during work to make it easy on us & them. Was short on... phone so didn't get to tell them everything. Might want to make sure you don't go when@ work or busy so you have time to standover them & watch them make ur order Read more
