Racist experience at this location. I watched the person that made the sandwiches make 5 sandwiches before they made my own and... all where made with a generous amount of meat and toppings at no additional charge. When it came to making my sandwich, theyskimmed on my meat. When I asked why, I was told the spoons were different. Then I said not the utensil used to give it butrather than the portion size was so little. I was told that the meat was different. So I asked if chicken is more expensivethan steak as I was getting chicken. Got no response from the worker. So I said I guess it?s because the people you served weredifferent. Again, no response. Then I wanted cookies and a fly was in the cookie display. I asked if there was a fresh batch andthe worker rolled her eyes and said no. Horrible customer service. I was served spoiled ranch on my pickup order, a BLT wrap. Took one bite and could immediately tell it was bad. The ranch was... an off, tan color. A complete was a $9 and my lunch break. Read more

If I could give a ZERO star I would!!! Stale bread Rude employees and refused to take subway coupons. Bread must have been saved... and not baked fresh! Manager she was very unprofessional and so rude and disrespectful. I used to like this location don?t wasteyour time or money at this store. And forget about coupons Read more

I was just ordering an icee. There was one customer and 2 employees when I came in. The customer was getting two 6 inch subs and... it took the female employee way too long to make the first 6 inch. The male employee decided it was more important to put cheeseon the bread of all bread trays instead of helping the customer in line. I was thinking about ordering a sub, but quicklychanged my mind when I saw how long it took these emplyees to do the simplistic tasks. I've worked at 2 different subways so Ilet the male employee know that he is supposed to help the customer before any other tasks. He apologized, but really, it's themanagers fault for not training the employees properly. They were slow as slugs. I've cleared lines going out the door on my ownin the time it took the female to make two 6 inch subs. Neither indian employee spoke English very well. The subway in theWalmart on Hilliard Rome Rd. has all Indian employees and they have good speed and know the customer comes first. I overlookthey can't speak English because they are at least good at running their store. Read more

So the food is good the facility is clean but it rates really poor and I want to tell you why. There should not be somebody... working the cashier with English as a second language or even a fourth language. By this I mean I had to repeat my order atleast 10 times I had a point to stuff using hand signals. This guy was super slow he should get an award for being so slow hewould win the world?s slowest pace award. the attitude matched the service. Read more

Ordered through the app, showed them my confirmation receipt. The owner told me there is a glitch in his system and that even... though I paid and corporate has my money that he will not give me my food?! Extremely unprofessional throwing the customeraround and not accepting responsibility. They said it's not the first time either! Either get off the app (which you advertiseon the TV in store) or fulfill the orders! You can't turn down customers after they paid and subway has their money! If thereis an issue between the store and corporate. We shouldn't be made to pay for it!! My first bad experience at any subway store.Very very disappointed. Save your money and time. The Subway closest to my house does not currently have sit-down service so I make the trip to this location. It is worth it! The... staff here is friendly and conscientious. They always let me know if I have rewards on my Subway card and ask if I would like touse them. (At other Subway locations, they don?t seem to care, don?t say anything, and just seem to want to check me out asquickly as possible, so the rewards just expire.) I wouldn?t have expected a Subway inside a Walmart to be this accommodating. Read more
