I know they are prob short staffed and the drive thru was super busy. But I waited for 7 minutes w/o any movement in line. So I... went it to pick up my Iced matcha latte with oatmilk. And I hate it. I find it interesting that I just went through the drive-thru and asked if you can make a "Skinny Caramel latte" and the guy... responded with, "We can probably do that." To which I inquired what that meant to find out he thought "Skinny" had something todo with less amount of syrup. Unless something has changed per your menu and ingredients, "Skinny lattes" are made with skim andsugar free syrup. I would think that your employees would be trained on verbiage on your menus. After I asked then, specificallywhat sugar free syrup you had, only then did he explain Vanilla is the only flavor currently offered. I ended up getting aSkinny Vanilla Latte, which was very good, but hope you work on training employees on your product better. If that employee hadbeen giving people just a reduced amount of sugared syrup instead of the sugar free syrup they were thinking they werereceiving, that could get scary. Read more
I honestly can say I order this drink just about every other day but at OTHER locations just because I?m not always out in this... area . I?ve stopped at this once twice being that it?s close to one of my jobs , and ive had a bad experience everytime. Thepeople are nice , but you can tell there literally just putting random stuff in the drinks . Like I mentioned before , I getthis drink almost everyday and never has it tasted like this . I don?t like to complain but this isn?t even near what I ordered. It?s way darker than usual too .. Ordered a latte and waited for over 25 mins on a Saturday morning. Everything is so rushed to be made. Latte is basically called... milk with espresso with no foam at all. And I know I just ordered a tall size but since the tall size only served half cup...Quite disappointed since this store literally has one of the best locations in Dublin. Read more

Today was my first visit to this location. I went through the drive- through, and I was greeted by a friendly & kind employee... who took my order. The almond milk chai I ordered was legitimately perfect. I've been a barista for 5 years and I am very pickyabout the temperature of drinks and way the milk is foamed. I was impressed, and that's not easy to do. Not only was theordering process cheery (and chai delicious!), the other person who handled the transaction and passed me the drink was alsointentional and kind about it.
