11-8-22 UPDATE. I did reach out to Panera and they told me they would put something on my account because of my experience. I... am not aware of what it was, but I do appreciate them attempting to make things right. Thus, I will change by ?1-star? to a?3-star.? I went to Panera today because I had a coupon for $1 off soup, and I usually get the group serving which serves 4people. So I went to use my coupon and they gave me a lame excuse on why they refused to honor it for my group soup. Inaddition, with my group soup, they failed to give me any spoons, bowls, or a ladle to serve the soup. If that is not badenough, they also failed to give me a muffin that I paid for. So when I got home and opened my bag, I called them to advise ofthese issues and they refused to correct the situation. They again gave me a lame excuse why they could not give me a $1 off myorder, and then they told me I could use my time and my gas at $5 a gallon to go back there and they would "give" me my muffinthat I already paid for. The thought of my expense and inconvenience as a result of their error never crossed their mind asusually, when places fail to give food paid for, they might add an extra treat or give a larger size to make up for theinconvenience. This Panera had no sense of these common customer service behaviors and left me with the short end of the stick. That is not a good way to encourage customers to come back. Read more

Highly well thought out layout. The managers and workers never seem rushed or flustered which would lead one to believe the... overall vibe is take care of each other. Food has always been prepared well and on time. Always super clean and flowersoutside. Read more
Literally here now. Every time at this Sawmill location, I redeem my Sip Club & when it says order ready, my Large cup is... nowhere to be found. Not on server's counter or the rapid rack. Also no large cups found at the self checkout. What's theproblem? Read more
This Panera location is really unique, they have a kiosk where you can order your food self serve. It?s quick, convenient, and... easy. Also the aesthetics of this location is also very pleasant. Huge bonus, this location is very clean! As much as I lovePanera lately most of the locations I?ve visited around central ohio have not been very clean. Read more
Okay so normally I'm not opposed to panera and maybe this was just a one off experience and something happened but I paid $7.41... for half of a turkey club sandwich?! That just seems a little much for some deli turkey on sour dough bread with a pickle spear.Nice atmosphere, free wifi and what not. Decent amount of seating and food came out quick. But the price was just not worth it.I guess I just need to make sure I order something different in the future but I'm pretty sure based on the menu I paid for afull sandwich and only got half. Ordered mac & cheese, soup and half grilled cheese, which the cheese was not even melted. Everything was completely cold took... over 15 mins before I went up to the counter to see what was going on. Completely understaffed even though it was not busy. Moral was terrible and it was trashed inside, literally every table was dirty, had typ clean ones just to sit down. Not onemanager in sight. Spend $25 bucks for soup and mac, worst mistake ever. Feel bad for the employees, something needs to change. Read more
Food is good. The only problem is the hot water for tea. It?s always tepid but worse of all they mix coffee containers and water... containers leaving the tea tasting of coffee. :-( Read more
