I usually love their pizza but I would recommend not to order a pizza in the last 30mins of the store closure. If you do order... in the last minute then don?t expect it to be of quality because the same happened to me and for my normal order this is how hetopped it with full of jalapeño?s and olive?s ruining both the pizzas. Ordered a pizza for delivery and the store indicated a 35-40 minute delivery. Called an hour later and the store indicated it... was set up for pickup. I ask if a new pizza would be made since it had already been made and received the response ?it has beenin the warmer?. No indication of a new pizza. Jets website says text the order and save 20%, so I did, but the reply just led me to a website. So I called the store to be... sure they received the order, and they verified they did. I go to the store 15 minutes later and they have no record of theorder. I verify with them that I called the correct store, and I did. But there's no pizza. They offered to make the pizza ASAPand at no charge, so I do appreciate them making it right. Out of five orders, it's likely you might get one done correctly...and that's at every Jets I've been to, not exclusive to this location. Soo, I?ll keep this simple. 1) Ordered a New York Style Pizza. 1a) Received a Deep Dish, and it even says deep dish on the... receipt? (Could have been a mess up by the system, not the employees) 2) Ordered a 2 Liter of Pepsi. 2a) Received a 20 oz bottleof Pepsi. 3) Ordered Ranch. Messed up my delivery order and didn't make it right. Wouldn't send out the correct order because it was too close to close.... Just told me to trust them that it would be refunded. Any orders within an hour of their sign off should probably be assumedlost. Read more
