The sushi was falling apart and it didn?t taste that fresh. The employees are nice and all but the food needs to be good too.

2nd time getting Fusian and unfortunately another less than perfect experience. The first time my custom roll was left out of... our delivery. This time, my custom roll didn't have all the ingredients included. The taste is always great but I don't have anyluck with my custom roll. Read more

The sushi is always pretty good but I just arrived at my pick-up time and sat for another 25 minutes while 3 employees (one of... which was obviously new so I understand to an extent) prepared my food in the most painfully slow way I?ve ever seen. It wasalmost comical how sloth-like their motions were and their complete lack of motivation to complete a two person order in lessthan 25 minutes. I was offered a free drink for my wait? The corn salsa I was given had 9/7 written on it. Today?s date is9/16. That is disgusting. This place is going downhill, fast! Read more

I walked in yesterday, 9/16 around 2pm. There were no customers. I walked straight up to the counter. There was a girl wiping... down the work area for 2 minutes, never acknowledged that I was there. She did everything she could to not make eye contactwith me. She eventually made her way over to grab a pair of gloves and looked absolutely unhappy that she actually had to doher job and make a sushi roll. At this point, she still had not even made eye contact with me or acknowledged I was there. Ijust turned around and left. The last few times I've been there the customer service wasn't much better, but that was the lasttime I will ever attempt to dine there. Read more

Only gave us one tiny soy sauce packet per roll. Apparently this is policy. Pretty stingy. Disappointing when you get home and... don?t have a reasonable amount of soy sauce to enjoy with your roles. Philly roles sub par. Not a great experience. Read more

Rancid/ Seaweed salad was rotten. When we opened this the smell was unbearable . Sushi was not bad, we have ordered before-... disappointed. Will not order again. Read more

This is NEW north end of Kroger mall, west side of Sawmill Road across the street from Huntington Bank! First visit....ample... food. And, FRESH! You should ask for the BOWL. Choose what you would like to go IN the bowl. A bed of rice. (even havechopsticks). Choose the SMOKED SALMON. Just speechless delicious!! Guacamole is a small up-charged. If you are not sure; justask. Our Servers and the Manager are friendly, and helpful. Expect about $13.00 per person which includes your choice ofbeverage. Our Party of 9 sat at one of the elevated tables. And, were just fine! There is a moderate echo in the new-stylerestaurants. But, that gets lost in conversation. Some sound-deadening panels on the south wall would help. But, I vote for anice hand-painted mural of a villa overlooking the ocean? Today experience was unsatisfied at all.the rolling for our 3 orders were loosed we can?t hold the pieces. The chicken was hard... to chew and very cold. This is really disappointed as we love the reastorant. Read more
