New pricing has now surpassed rediculous... $17 for a mini cheeseburger, fries and a drink... $19 if you want a rgular... cheeseburger. I was starving and already in there so I did it, but never again, seriously sticker shock on pricing. To behonest I love their food, but charging what they do puts them on level with a decent sit down restraunt that offers fullservice. It had been pre pandemic since I had been in there and I remembered them being pricey, but not this crazy. Some thingsthat I find fascinating... Mix in shakes are FREE, big sign pointing that out made me chuckle since a shake is $5.50.. minicheeseburger now $8.69, fries $5 and $3 for a coke. Then they ask for a tip out checkout and I hate to be that person, but Igot my own drink and had to come to the counter to pick up my food. If the employees need more, then pay them more... Youcharged enough for the meal. Last thing... $7 for a hotdog, $8 if you want cheese on it. Amusement park or ball game pricesminus the entertainment or beer. Read more

Online orders (doordash) are supposed to be ready at certain times which are not, besides the order of fries were extremely... poured in salt which made them inedible. Definitely will not order from that location again. Read more
Never ordering from here or 5 guys again period. Customer service was terrible. Stood at the counter repeatedly saying ?excuse... me? the young girl working behind the counter stood there with her hands in her armpits! Looked dead at me 3 times when ifinally said ?Hey!? Can i get some help? She then got a terrible snotty attitude reluctantly removed one hand from her armpitsto ring up my drink. Handed me my cup with her freshly removed armpit hand and said here! I paid 60$ for some cheeseburgers andgot the nastiest service from any food service provider i have received. If i hadn?t already paid for the food online i wouldhave walked out. If you?re looking for a good burger and like being treated like you sacrificed someone first born. I recommendthis place. If not go to Game its rite down the road. they aren?t as good on the burgers but service is great. Read more
I don't know if different locations make a difference however I'm very satisfied with the one near Polaris. Stop at this one... Saturday, somewhat disappointed at the french fries the one on Polaris gives you your French fries Plus adsmore to the bag.Order two double cheeseburgers, with various toppings. They were not able to get the toppings correct, one of the cheeseburgershad no toppings at all. Went back in and spoke with the manager I did not want a replacement Burger yeah, but I want her to beaware oh, that they did not get the order correct. And I recommended that she speak to her staff. I go to Five Guys because ofthe quality hamburgers usually one receives. I told her it would have been very easy for me to go to the Steak and Shake and gotin the same hamburgers with french fries for $8, instead of the $26 I paid at Five Guys. But I like quality no, they certainlyfailed this time. The photo attached should have had lettuce tomato onion pickle and catch up as you can see it's plain exceptfor the cheese. Cheeseburger was HUGE and delicious! Burgers had lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, cheese and mushrooms. Yummy. Fries was very... delicious too. A little bit pricey as cheeseburger and large fries costs $16.32. Otherwise it would be 5 stars. Read more
