One of the better location. Friendly employees and good food.
Well- I?ve been here many times and to me this place is just meh. This time was just not even meh. Granted when we called they... gave us a complimentary meal-but does it really make up for the inconvenience? I do not eat raw hamburger and I hope that theywill use a temperature guide from now on -or cut the burger to check that it?s done. Read more

I went to this Five Guys during lunch. I placed my order online. I get there and I had to wait for fries which I normally... expect. I work in between 2 different locations but opted to drive to this one which from my job is a hassle to get to anyway. Iget my food items drive back to work only to realize the team forgot my patty on my sandwich and gave me a medium fry instead of2 small fries that I paid for. I tried calling the location and no one answered the phone so at this point I was aggravated asis. I threw the sandwich back in the bag and I thought about letting it go but I paid $28.46 for my order with a coworker. Ithen drive back another 2 miles to let the staff know... I showed the staff member my sandwich and I didn't get a " I am sorryabout that" or any type of acknowledgement that they basically messed up my order and it was their fault!! I then waited another15 minutes for my order to be remade. At this point I am cutting into work time. me thinking I would get compensated somehowmaybe a refund or a free drink or something... I got nothing not even an apology. So, I wasted gas driving to this locationtwice and I also wasted my time. I will just opt to go to the Sawmill location at this point. Read more
