I'd loudly proclaim Duck Donuts as the best donut establishment of all time until my recent experience at Duck Donuts in Dublin,... OH. We ordered donuts on labor day. There was only one person working, so it was a bit of a wait before he was able to take ourorder. He was far from enthusiastic....no problem?I still couldn't wait for my fiancé to try these donuts that I had beenraving about. Unfortunately the donuts were less than appetizing?.they were either undercooked or overcooked and smothered intoppings. The donuts were half the size of the ones I've had in the past?I've not given up hope on Duck Donuts, but I won't berecommending this location to anyone else?.#wasted cheat day. Read more

Excellent taste and service This was my first time at this location and they did not disappoint. The young man and lady who were... working on Saturday night, around 8:17 pm June 25th were very courteous, kind and provided awesome customer support. Theseemployees deserve a raise!Thank you for such a great experience , the donuts were made to order ,very fresh , and super tasty. I will be back. My family even contemplated returning for a new order once we tasted them but were too far up the highway to turnaround! Lol Read more
