This location is very good at messing up the basics. Out of five orders placed for pick up. They have completely not follow... directions for four of them. Every bowl we have received, just about, has been made wrong, and it is very frustrating. Wehighly do not recommend this location, but love the franchise and food, unfortunately, we will be taking our business elsewherefrom now on, with our company, company meal events, and recommendations. Dislocation needs a management check done. Theyclearly have lost their path of guidance, and mediocre delivery of standard services have faltered. I greatly don?t enjoyleaving this review, but if our food is getting messed up, just about every order, I could only imagine what customers areexperiencing as a whole. I made the same post for another Chipotle location, but that's because we eat at Chipotle WAY too much. Chipotles are hit or... miss in terms of mobile order accuracy, and it seems to be location based. One nearest me always gets it right. I make the exactsame order for this Chipotle and sometimes something is missing, or they don't give small portions, like they just don't reallycare at some locations. Still love and eat at Chipotle maybe a little more than we should, but this location is just decent."Not the worst." Isn't a great compliment, but it's the best I can give for this one. Read more
I ordered a bowl and asked them to keep the corn separately in a cup instead of the corn in the bowl. They charged me $1.50... extra for half a cup of corn. I understand if they charge me more if I added the corn in my bowl and asked extra corn in theside, which is not the case. Moreover, if you are charging the customer 1.50, at least fill the corn cup completely, see thepicture for corn quantity. Also, place where they make your bowl/burrito has not been cleaned and dirty. So I ordered a Steak burrito with brown rice, fajitas, mild tomato, medium corn and lettuce. What I first received was a sloppy... mess that was half broken of sour cream, cheese, guacamole chicken, white rice burrito. Insult to injury it was ice cold. Imake a report through the email and lo and behold Chipotle doesn't offer refunds. They give you a BOGO coupon. Cool. Fine. Ijust want my burrito. I get my burritos with the most pitiful excuse of the toppings. Mostly correct. Also some how cold. Sonow having spent $20 I have received 2 halves of the burrito I had previously paid for with a couple toppings missing and itwasn't even warm. On top of that. Do you have a leather couch? Sprinkle some salt and pepper on it and take a bite. Same, same.This steak is just awful. Fajita vegetables must have been prepared early this morning because they're now sour? Do not order for delivery. Twice now I have ordered delivery and received 1/2 or less of a regular portion. I figured the first... time was a fluke but now I see that is just standard practice. This is the worst Chipotle. Portion sizes are extremely small. They didn?t have chicken or cheese in my burrito..the two main... ingredients! NEVER go to this Chipotle. Manager or owner must not care about their customers. Read more
Unfortunately, it's time to write a review. We have eaten here a number of times in the past year. Each time the portions are... much smaller than other chipotles, but I started not enjoying the food either. Tonight, everything is off. The rice has noflavor, the guac is off - I think maybe the salt is missing? This bowl sitting in front of me is not appetizing at all. Thisplace needs a recalibration on who is cooking and preparing the food. Read more
I?ve ordered from here through Door Dash several times. My order has never been right. I kid you not my last order was a bowl... with barbacoa, black beans, cheese, gauc, sour cream, mild salsa & corn salsa. Of the 7 ingredients it had 2. The bowl wasbasically empty. Lastly the lid wasn?t all the way on so the grease from the meat leaked through the paper bag, and onto mydoormat where it was placed by the Dasher.
