Service sucks, waited 15mins for my luke warm food. Had people come in after me place there orders and get em before me. The 3... guy?s working here were more concerned about chatting and cleaning then getting the customers in and out. Won?t come here againor to any chick fil a for that matter. Read more
We love Chick-fil-A, but this time we went today and bought some meals for me and my family, but when went home they forgot to... add our sandwich we had to drive again for 7 minutes with this high gas prices and tried to tell the person behind the mic therewas a mistake but she kept on saying we will give u free, we already paid for it but you cost us extra miles extra time veryinconvenient to us. I love Chick-fil-A cookies. They?re gooey and warm and just amazing. But every time I order one here it?s always rock hard, hard... enough that it hurts my teeth to try and bite it, and it?s rarely ever warm. I?ve talked to an employee there and they?verelayed it to the person who makes the cookies and they?re not willing to do anything about it. Also, when I get fries, most ofthe time it?s only half full. I know that usually there is a required amount for how many fries you get but I?m fairly certainthat halfway full is not what the restaurant is supposed to be doing. Read more

The food was good once I got it. Took about 15 minutes for 8 nuggets. About 2 minutes per nugget. I don't generally go to these... places, but there wasn't a line. They proactively offered me something for free on my NEXT visit, but since I go to Chick-Fil-Aabout once every 10 years, it's not very helpful. Food was good, so 2 stars. Read more
So I'm at Chick-fil-A on Tuttle Crossing Boulevard. I've been waiting 20 minutes for my food.I'm the first one in line and I... still haven't received my food yet. I counted at least 10 cars drive pass me in the lane to the left. I now have a dozen ofcars behind me and half have received their food before me. Could it be that I'm black?.... maybe not, but that's how I'mfeeling. I'm wanting ppl to read this and do whatever compels you to do or say without physically harming anyone. Read more
