My mother and I were in the drive through tonight at 9 PM when we were treated to unexpected racism. The workers mocked us with... accents(it was completely unprovoked) and were not attentive, asking "What?" and "Say that again" while we could hear laughterinside. We obviously drove away without ordering. I recommend this location get sensitivity training and a crash course incustomer service because if this continues to fly, I'm not sure how long this branch will survive and it may affect BK'scorporate image. It's sad because we've had very good experiences in the past at other locations with amazing workers. I used to give this restaurant 5 stars but recently when I ordered from here the guy must have not been paying attention because... instead of making sure I have the impossible whopper I ended up having a the regular hamburger. I didn't realize it until I ateit, the problem was I can't eat beef at all. There was a guy who was working there who knew my order and was always on point andI'm not sure what happened. Fast fast fast and got order correct. Liked the $5 special loaded cheeseburger with bacon guacamole lettuce tomato served with... fries chicken nuggets and a drink. Nice option to the Wendy's $5 meal with the benefit of fast service. Read more
We decided we needed some comfort food after a disappointing Lacrosse loss for my son's high school. After mulling it over, we... settled on Burger King on Avery Road in Dublin, OH. We used the BK.Com site to place the order. The process was simple and itoffered the BOGO promo currently being advertised. We ordered an Impossible Whopper and small fries for my wife and two classicchicken sandwiches and medium fries for me and my son. Entered our payment info and hit submit. The site said that it wasverifying the order with the local store. After a few seconds, it displayed "Success! Your order has been placed!". We orderedit for pickup so it said to go through the drive through and give your name and say it was an online order. It took me a coupleof minutes to get my coat and shoes on and another 6-7 minutes to drive to the BK on Avery and Perimeter Dr. When I got to thedriveway, the lot was completely empty except for two cars. There were two employees outside the back door and it looked likethey were wrestling or joking around or something. They still had the drive thru headsets on their heads. I proceeded to pullaround the building to the drive thru speaker. As I pulled up to the speaker, I noticed a sign pasted on it that said "We areout of meat. Sorry for the inconvenience ". I thought that was odd because the website indicated that they validated the orderwith the store. Someone came on the speaker and asked if they could help so I told them that I was picking up an online order.He proceeded to tell me that they couldn't make the Whopper. I said that was OK (stuff happens) and so I said to credit me forthe Whopper and I would pay for the rest of the food. He proceeded to tell me that he COULDN'T CREDIT ME BUT WOULD TAKE DOWN MYNAME AND I COULD PICK ONE UP TOMORROW! REALLY??
