We stop for a pretzel today, there was an African American boy who had the worst attitude. If you can look at the camera it was... at 4 15 he was just laughing with another kid on his left. Today, I arrived at Auntie Anne's around 1:30pm and stood in line. Employees were eating pretzels and talking to each other. ... The line of customers was about 6 deep. After about 5 minutes, one employee turns around to the line, and says "We're closed".No reason given at all. It appeared the employees didn't want to work as there was food still in the display. I ordered three frozen drinks and was made to wait. And wait. And wait. At least five groups were served before me instead of... making them wait so she could make my order... And one of those groups had a frozen drink!? One order only asked for FREE water.Make her wait? The line kept growing and was neverending so I had to interrupt. To be quite honest, she may haveforgotten. Please train your crew to only take up to maybe three orders at a time. After three, stop. Complete all orders (inorder). THEN continue. Something. She was nice, she was alone for most of that time, they got really busy, and the drinks weregood when we finally got them. But the wait was really unnecessary and I can't say I'd do it again.
